David N. Mabrey

David N. Mabrey is an Eastern Shore native attorney with over 30 years of legal experience, including 20 years as a Baltimore City Prosecutor. Thomas N. Yeager

Thomas N. Yeager is an experienced trial lawyer engaged in the general practice of law. He was a former Deputy State’s Attorney for Kent County, Maryland, and currently serves as the County Attorney for Kent County. Phil Hoon

Philip W. Hoon was born in December, 1953 in Chestertown, Maryland. He graduated from Duke University in 1976 with a BA in history and economics and received a JD degree from University of Maryland School of Law, admitted to practice in 1980. He is the founding managing member of Hoon & Associates, LLC. He has served on various boards including Kent County Historical Society, Emmanuel Episcopal Church, Gunston Day School, Preservation Maryland, and The Chesapeake Bank & Trust Company. He is a former President of the Kent County Bar Association. Mr. Hoon manages Thornton Estate, a family farm in Kent County.

Elizabeth Franzoso is an attorney 'Of Counsel' with over 25 years of legal experience. She graduated from St. Mary’s College with a Political Science degree in 1993 and the University of Maryland Law School in 1996, becoming a member of the State Bar in 1997. She is also a member of the Federal Bar and barred up to the Supreme Court of the United States. Her specialties include criminal defense for misdemeanors and felonies, post-trial criminal issues, post-convictions, criminal appellate issues, family law, and traffic law. She has successfully handled hundreds of cases at both state and federal levels, including dozens of jury trials and overturning wrongful convictions.

David Blitzer is a recent graduate of Vermont Law School, which has a leading environmental law program. He provides competent representation on diverse environmental law topics, including regulatory compliance, permitting, mitigation, and remediation projects under federal and state statutes. He also represents clients in permit applications and those seeking redress for regulatory violations, with extensive background in wetlands regulation and Maryland Critical Areas regulations.
