He graduated from Duke University in 1976 with a BA in history and economics and received a JD degree from University of Maryland School of Law, admitted to practice in 1980. He is the founding managing member of Hoon & Associates, LLC. He has served on various boards including Kent County Historical Society, Emmanuel Episcopal Church, Gunston Day School, Preservation Maryland, and The Chesapeake Bank & Trust Company. He is a former President of the Kent County Bar Association. Mr. Hoon manages Thornton Estate, a family farm in Kent County.
Elizabeth Franzoso
Elizabeth Franzoso is an attorney 'Of Counsel' with over 25 years of legal experience. She graduated from St. Mary’s College with a Political Science degree in 1993 and the University of Maryland Law School in 1996, becoming a member of the State Bar in 1997.
