David Cifelli
David Cifelli was admitted to practice in Illinois in 1981. He graduated from the University of Colorado in 1973 with majors in Biology and Psychology, received a Paralegal Certificate from Roosevelt University in 1977, and earned his Juris Doctorate from DePaul University in 1981. He is licensed by the Illinois Supreme Court, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, and the United States Supreme Court. He concentrates in Worker’s Compensation and Personal Injury, and handles various other practice areas. David is involved in several neighborhood charities and committees, including the Chicago Heights Lions Club, The Exceptional Children’s Charity, The Thomas Cellini Huntington Foundation, and the Marchegiana Society of Chicago Heights.

Joel Daly
Joel T. Daly is Of Counsel to the Law Offices of Edward Lichtenstein, P.C. He is a well-known Media Commentator in Chicago, Information Officer of the Federal District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, and a Legal Analyst for WLS-TV. He graduated from Yale University (B.A. in 1956) and Chicago Kent College of Law (J.D. in 1988). He is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Illinois (1988), Supreme Court of Wisconsin (1989), United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois (1988), United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit (2000), and the Supreme Court of the United States of America (2005). He is a certified Mediator and Arbitrator and has taught Trial Advocacy.

Burton Joseph
Burton Joseph was a Senior Partner who passed away in 2010. He practiced law in Chicago since receiving his law degree from DePaul University, College of Law in 1952. He was a giant in the legal community, writing and lecturing extensively in First Amendment law, and served as an adjunct Professor of Law at IIT/Chicago Kent College of Law for ten years. He was involved in numerous boards and organizations, including the Freedom to Read Foundation of the American Library Association, Lawyers for the Creative Arts, and the International Academy of Sex Research. He co-authored the Summary of the Law of Illinois and co-edited Law and Disorder.
