Michael R. Labrie

Michael R. Labrie graduated from Chicopee Comprehensive in 1975, received his B.A. from Assumption College in 1979 and his J.D. from Western New England College School of Law in 1982. He has been in practice at Labrie and Pouliot since then. He is a member of the Chicopee Bar Association, Hampden County Bar Association, Massachusetts Bar Association and Massachusetts Basketball Coaches Association. He has coached basketball and baseball for over 40 years and served on numerous community boards. He has received several community honors and awards. His primary areas of expertise include personal injury, real estate, and small business.

Robert W. Shute

Attorney Robert W. Shute founded The Injury Law Office of Robert W. Shute in 2000, focusing on personal injury cases. With over 25 years of experience, he previously worked in the City Solicitor’s Office for Holyoke, Massachusetts, and as a senior partner in a Pioneer Valley litigation firm. He is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Lawyers. He earned his BA in Economics from Stonehill College and his JD from The Columbus School of Law at The Catholic University of America.

Sabino Bilotti

Sabino Bilotti, known as 'Sam', graduated Magna Cum Laude from Seton Hall University in 1994 and received his Juris Doctor from Western New England College School of Law in 1997. He joined Labrie, Pouliot, LaRocque & Guiel, P.C. in 2018 after 15 years of practice with another Chicopee law firm. He represents clients through the main office in Chicopee and manages the Belchertown and Monson offices. Sam handles residential and commercial real estate, personal injury, corporations, collections, and wills and probate matters. He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and Connecticut and has served on various boards, including the Chicopee Rotary and Monson Home for Aged People, Inc.

Robert J. Lefebvre

With over 30 years of experience, Bob has combined his undergraduate degree in business administration with his legal training to develop a comprehensive practice in Business Planning, Commercial and Residential Real Estate, as well as a proven track record of successfully handling a wide variety of Personal Injury cases. Previously an adjunct faculty member at the Elms College, Bob has lectured and written on these practice areas. He grew up in the Chicopee area, and he knows Holyoke, Springfield, Amherst and the surrounding towns well. Jeffrey M. Guiel

Jeffrey M. Guiel graduated from Chicopee Comprehensive High School in 1984 as Class Valedictorian, attended Amherst College, and graduated from Western New England College-School of Law in 1991. He passed the Massachusetts Bar Exam the same year. He spent over three decades at Labrie and Pouliot specializing in personal injury, criminal defense, divorce, civil litigation, real estate, estate planning, business law, and landlord-tenant. In 2013, he became a licensed and certified Divorce and Family Law Mediator. He joined The Law Offices of David Brunelle, P.C. in July 2023.
