After working out of Columbus, Ohio for fifteen years, attorney Kevin Agin decided to relocate to his current hometown, Lancaster, and the town he grew up in, Circleville, where he founded the Kevin Agin Law Offices. Ashley Briscoe

Ashley Briscoe joined Kruger & Hodges in January 2023. An Ohio native, she earned her law degree from Northern Illinois University College of Law. Prior to law school, she worked as a litigation paralegal and participated extensively in Moot Court. She also worked at a Prosecutor’s Office in juvenile delinquency and children’s protection. In her free time, she enjoys reading and spending time with family and friends.

Matthew L. O'Leary

Matthew O’Leary has been providing criminal defense legal services for over 12 years to hundreds of clients in Circleville, OH and across Pickaway, Ross, Fairfield, Madison, and Fayette counties. He is a graduate of Miami University, earned his law degree from Capital Law School and is also a proud member of the Pickaway County Bar Association. Bridget Woolum

Bridget Woolum is a determined and passionate criminal defense attorney. She graduated from Eaton High School in 2001, earned an Associate's degree in paralegal studies, and a Bachelor's degree from Indiana University. She obtained her Juris Doctorate from NKU, Salmon P. Chase College of Law in 2017. As the first college graduate in her family, she is a strong advocate for constitutional protections and represents individuals in Preble County and throughout southwest Ohio.
