William R. Higgins

William R. Higgins, also known as Bill Higgins, is the founder of Higgins Law P.C. He has been practicing law for over four decades in Claremore, Oklahoma, and surrounding counties. He obtained his Juris Doctorate from Oklahoma City University in 1974. His experience includes serving as an Assistant District Attorney, town attorney, and city prosecutor for various Oklahoma municipalities. He is a member of several bar associations, including the Oklahoma Bar Association and the American Bar Association, and is admitted to practice in multiple U.S. District Courts and the Cherokee Nation Tribal Court. He is actively involved in the Claremore community, having served on numerous boards and coached youth sports.

Jeffrey A. Price

Jeffrey Alan Price, known as Jeff Price, graduated from Claremore High School in 1989 and the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 1996. He has over two and a half decades of experience handling criminal trials, family law, personal injury, civil litigation, and employment disputes. He is licensed in Oklahoma, all federal districts, Colorado, and tribal courts.

Barry G. Reynolds focuses his practice on general civil litigation, including but not limited to commercial and banking. Barry has nearly thirty years of extensive litigation experience in federal, state and tribal courts representing local, regional, national, and international clients. He has also perfected or defended appeals brought before the Oklahoma Supreme Court and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. He enjoys the highest AV Preeminent rating by both his peers and the judiciary. Although best known among his peers for his banking practice representing local, state, and national institutions (he has been named to the Super Lawyers and Best Lawyers in America lists for Banking several times), Barry would be best described as a general trial lawyer, quite capable of handling any litigation regarding a wide range of subject matters. Barry regularly provides advice to his business clients in all areas of commercial law including contracts, collections, regulatory compliance, subrogation, as well as general negligence and employment litigation. Barry also assists individual clients in various litigation matters including, but not limited to, contract and commercial, personal or property injury, real estate, and family trust or domestic issues. Barry lives in Claremore with his family, is a proud member of the Cherokee Nation, and actively serves his community and his church.

Larry D. Leonard has been engaged in the private practice of law upon his graduation from the University of Kansas Law School in 1974 and his move to Tulsa, Oklahoma. Mr. Leonard focuses his practice on business and commercial law, business and commercial mediation, business planning law and organizations, probate and estate planning, real estate, domestic relations, and personal injury litigation. Mr. Leonard was divorce counsel for country entertainer Reba McEntire when she was divorced from Mr. Charlie Battles. Mr. Leonard is certified as a business and commercial mediator pursuant to the Oklahoma District Court Mediation Act. Mr. Leonard’s practice encompasses several areas of the law, and he feels his broad range of experience and knowledge is a benefit for his clients.

Kimberly Lambert Love focuses her practice on all areas of employment law. With over thirty years of experience, Kim has represented employers in all aspects of employment and labor law including litigating class action suits and claims of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. Kim represents a wide variety of employers across many industries from Fortune 500 companies to start-ups. Kim’s utmost focus is to determine the client’s goals and to work tirelessly toward those goals. Whether the client is interested in early resolution or vigorously litigating a claim, Kim provides experienced advice to help clients achieve their goals. Kim frequently lectures on employment law topics, is a regular contributor to the Oklahoma Bar Journal, and is past chairperson of the labor and employment section of the Oklahoma Bar Association. Kim is an experienced mediator through Dispute Resolution Consultants and was appointed by the judges in the Northern District of Oklahoma to serve as an Adjunct Settlement Judge. J Schaad Titus, for over thirty years, has successfully represented many Tulsa area institutions in state and federal court as well as in appellate practice before all courts. Schaad’s regular practice areas include litigation, First Amendment defense work and privacy issues, all aspects of banking and bankruptcy as well as employment defense for many of his regular firm clients. Several of his clients are well recognized Tulsa institutions, including the Tulsa World, Arvest Bank, BancFirst, The F&M Bank & Trust Company (now Prosperity Bank), RCB Bank, Security Bank, other financial institutions, The Rib Crib BBQ, Inc., several auto dealers, and many Tulsa employers. Tom Hillis has practiced law in Oklahoma for over 30 years. He practices in the areas of commercial law and litigation and employment law. Tom has tried cases in each Federal District in Oklahoma and in numerous counties throughout the state. Tom regularly represents business clients in all aspects of commercial and employment law. This includes negotiating and drafting contracts, and maintaining appropriate corporate books and records. He regularly advises clients on regulatory and administrative issues with state and federal agencies. Tom also has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions of businesses. Tom maintains an active employment practice. He regularly defends employers in jury trials, and before numerous administrative agencies. He regularly speaks on employment related topics at continuing legal education seminars. Tom serves as an Adjunct Settlement Judge in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma and routinely mediates employment related cases. Tom is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates. Tom is a member of the American Arbitration Association’s Panel of Employment Arbitrators. He is also a member of the AAA Consumer Law Arbitration Panel.
