Howard N. Wiener
Howard Wiener received his bachelor’s degree from Rutgers College and his law degree from Seton Hall University. After law school, he was Law Secretary to the Honorable Julius A. Feinberg, J.S.C., in the Essex County Superior Court. He was an Assistant Essex County Prosecutor for four years. He then became an Assistant Prosecutor in Union County for ten years. He had several assignments, including eight years as supervisor of the investigative units, which included homicide, sex crimes, economic crimes, child abuse, arson, drugs, and welfare fraud. While serving as Investigations Supervisor, he was cross-designated as a Special Assistant United States Attorney and worked with the Newark Federal Strike Force on an organized crime investigation. He joined Tobin Kessler in 1988 and for the past thirty-five years has been handling personal injury cases, primarily premises liability and auto crash cases. He has had more than 150 jury trials go to verdict and has been certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney for 30 years, a distinction held by a small percentage of New Jersey lawyers. He has been designated by the Superior Courts in Hudson, Union, and Middlesex Counties to serve as an Arbitrator for mandatory arbitrations of personal injury cases. Arbitrators must be highly experienced in handling these cases to be appointed to the arbitration panels. Mr. Wiener is dedicated to compensating people who were injured because of someone else’s negligence. Andrew L. Statmore
Andrew L. Statmore is a partner at Fredson Statmore Bitterman and currently heads the litigation department at the firm. With over two decades of experience as a trial lawyer, Andy represents those injured in various types of accidents, including automobile accidents, fall downs, product liability claims, and construction site accidents. Mr. Statmore graduated from the George Washington University in 1992 with a degree in finance. Lance J. Bitterman
Lance J. Bitterman is a partner at Fredson Statmore Bitterman with extensive experience litigating all types of personal injury actions from inception of the case through trial. Lance joined the firm after completing a Superior Court Clerkship with the Honorable Yolanda Ciccone, Assignment Judge of Somerset, Hunterdon and Warren Counties. Roy J. Konray
Roy Konray is certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney. He has extensive jury trial experience in the areas of medical malpractice, legal malpractice, catastrophic personal injury cases, and employment law. He has served as chair of the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Medical Malpractice committee. He is a shareholder in the firm and chairs its Complex Litigation Department. Scott P. Kessler
Scott Kessler specializes in Personal Injury matters, including Motor Vehicle Accidents, Slip and Fall Accidents, Truck Accidents, and Dog Bite cases. Mr. Kessler also specializes in Workers’ Compensation cases, and was for ten years recognized by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Certified Workers’ Compensation Law Attorney.
