Dick Turner
Dick Turner is a partner of Turner-Monahan, PLLC concentrating his practice of law in the fields of personal injury, criminal law, and family law. Mr. Turner is licensed by the Supreme Court of Texas and practices throughout the State of Texas and the Northern District of Texas. Mr. Turner grew up in a family of attorneys. His son, brother-in-law, niece, nephew, cousin, and father have practiced law in the North Texas metroplex for many years. Mr. Turner was an outstanding football, baseball, and golf athlete. He received a four-year scholarship to attend Texas Christian University. He received many athletic awards, including All-Southwest Conference, the Carroll Dyess Award, and Most Valuable Player while at TCU in the late ‘’60s. He graduated in 1970 with a Bachelor of Arts in History and Combined Sciences. Mr. Turner received his Juris Doctor from the University of Houston, Bates College of Law, in 1973. While in law school, he worked in the Harris County District Attorney’s office. After law school, Mr. Turner returned to Cleburne to practice law with his father and cousin and has remained in the same location since that time. Mr. Turner has extensive experience in all family law matters, handling a range of cases from simple divorces to complex asset division cases. He has dealt with all aspects of family law, from divorce, adoption, custody, and child support matters.

Robert L. Ward
Robert L. Ward is the founding attorney of the Law Office of Robert L. Ward. He is an experienced Texas attorney with a background as a former prosecutor, specializing in personal injury, family law, and criminal defense. Tyler R. Monahan
Tyler Monahan is a partner of Turner-Monahan, PLLC practicing in the fields of family law and criminal law. Mr. Monahan is licensed to practice in the state of Texas. Tyler has been named a Top Attorney in the area of Family Law by Fort Worth Magazine for six years in a row, including the most recent 2025 recognition. He has also been named a Rising Star by Texas Monthly Magazine for three years plus. With over 10 years of experience handling family law and criminal law issues for clients, Tyler prides himself on being detail-oriented and understanding and relating to what clients are experiencing throughout the phases of their cases. Tyler is a native Fort Worthian who graduated from the M.J. Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas. He also attended Rice University in Houston, Texas, where he completed the Certified Financial Planner Certification Education Program. Tyler attended Texas Wesleyan University School of Law, where he received his Juris Doctor. While in law school, he obtained a temporary law license and worked at the school’s Law Clinic, representing clients with domestic relations and family law issues. Prior to joining Turner-Monahan, PLLC, Mr. Monahan was a Financial Advisor for RBC Dain Rauscher (RBC). At RBC, Mr. Monahan handled complex estate planning issues for high-net-worth individuals and worked closely with estate planning attorneys and CPAs. Mr. Monahan is currently a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Tarrant County Young Lawyers Association, the Tarrant County Bar Association, the Texas Christian University Alumni Association, and the Cherokee Nation.

E. Keeton Monahan
E. Keeton Monahan is a partner at Turner-Monahan, PLLC. Keeton focuses her practice in the fields of family law and estate planning. Keeton is licensed to practice in the state of Texas. Keeton received her Juris Doctor from Texas Wesleyan School of Law in May 2012 and was in the top 10 percent of her class. Keeton was involved in the Moot Court Honor Society, Phi Delta Phi, the Wesleyan Innocence Project, and the Tax and Estate Planning Association. Keeton focused her studies in the area of family law and estate planning and earned an Estate Planning Certificate from Wesleyan. As a student at Wesleyan, Keeton also obtained her temporary license to practice law while working in the Law Clinic, representing low-income clients with domestic relations issues. Keeton graduated from Texas Christian University with a Bachelor of Science in Radio/TV/Film in 2008. At TCU, she was an active member of the Delta Delta Delta sorority. Prior to Keeton’s endeavor in the law, she worked for CBS Channel 11, KTVT in Fort Worth. Keeton has experience with various family law matters, including divorce, child custody, and adoption. Tina Campbell
Tina Campbell is an associate attorney with Turner-Monahan, PLLC and her practice is focused on family law. Tina has been named a Top Attorney in Family Law by Fort Worth, Texas Magazine for multiple years in her 15+ years of practice and selected as a Fort Worth Magazine Top Attorney in 2025. She has dedicated her legal career to assisting families through some of their most difficult times by providing dedicated and professional representation. During Tina’s career, she has managed her own firm and worked for the Office of the Attorney General Child Support Division and Tarrant County Legal Enforcement. Tina’s time with the County and the State gave her the opportunity to become very familiar with the critical issue of child support. She has handled countless cases dealing with paternity establishment, modification, and the enforcement of child support. This experience makes her uniquely qualified to handle child support-related issues that are often intertwined with other family law concerns. Tina grew up in Central Texas and graduated from St. Edward’s University in Austin with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications. Tina attended St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio and received her Juris Doctor in 2003. While in law school, she represented St. Mary’s in moot court competitions across the nation.
