Heath Cole Poole

Heath C. Poole brings his Texas Piney Woods upbringing to Aggieland. Heath graduated from Texas A&M University in 1997 with a B.B.A. in management. In 2000, he earned his Juris Doctor degree from St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas. After law school, he worked as in-house counsel and land operations manager fin the energy sector. Since practicing law, he has handled a wide variety of legal specializations: Oil and Gas | Real Estate | Wills and Estates Planning | Personal Injury and Mass Tort. As we continue to grow, Chad Jones Law remains steadfast in helping our clients get the justice they deserve. Heath Poole’s arrival marks an exciting new chapter for our firm. O. E. (Ed) Elmore graduated from the University of Texas at Austin for both undergraduate and law school. He is board certified in residential and farm and ranch real estate law. His practice focuses on real estate, probate law, estate planning, guardianship, elder law, and banking law. He was a lecturer at Texas A&M University and a former president of the Brazos County Bar Association.

Jo Blair

Jo Blair is a Legal Operations Manager at Chad Jones Law and has worked in the legal field for over 25 years as a legal assistant and paralegal. Jo’s experience includes civil litigation, personal injury, and wrongful death, bringing valuable knowledge of legal processes when working with the insurance companies. Leading with clear, honest, and open communication for our team and clients. Jo is mother to three amazing young men, and grandmother to three beautiful grandchildren. Jo loves spending time with her family, adventures and traveling to new places. Jo has a passion for helping others seeking justice, using her problem-solving skills to represent people who have been unjustly treated.

Cully Lipsey, born in Houston, Texas, graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Arts degree and received his J.D. from Baylor University Law School in 1975. He specializes in real estate law, including commercial, residential, and farm and ranch real estate, and also handles wills, corporations, probate, oil and gas, and general business matters. He is board certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in multiple real estate law areas.
