Heath Cole Poole
Heath C. Poole brings his Texas Piney Woods upbringing to Aggieland. Heath graduated from Texas A&M University in 1997 with a B.B.A. in management. In 2000, he earned his Juris Doctor degree from St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas. After law school, he worked as in-house counsel and land operations manager fin the energy sector. Since practicing law, he has handled a wide variety of legal specializations: Oil and Gas | Real Estate | Wills and Estates Planning | Personal Injury and Mass Tort. O. E. (Ed) Elmore graduated from the University of Texas at Austin for both undergraduate and law school. He is board certified in residential and farm and ranch real estate law. His practice focuses on real estate, probate law, estate planning, guardianship, elder law, and banking law. He was a lecturer at Texas A&M University and a former president of the Brazos County Bar Association.

Leading with clear, honest, and open communication for our team and clients. Jo is mother to three amazing young men, and grandmother to three beautiful grandchildren. Cully Lipsey, born in Houston, Texas, graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Arts degree and received his J.D. from Baylor University Law School in 1975.
