Jayniece Higgins Harris
Jayniece Higgins Harris’ serves the firm as an attorney, providing guidance to the firm in the practice areas of personal injury, uncontested divorce, and estate planning. Prior to being a Public Defender, Jayniece worked for a nationwide personal injury law firm where she handled slip and fall, dog bite, and negligent security cases. Jayniece also serves as a part-time Commissioner for the Civil Service Commission for the City of Memphis, a City board that conducts hearings to review disciplinary actions, limited to suspensions, dismissals, or demotions of specific Memphis City employees. She is licensed in Tennessee and is currently awaiting Arkansas licensure. Jayniece enjoys spending time with her family and playing video games in her spare time.

Laura Kessler Mason
