Thomas W. Bevan

Thomas Bevan is a founding partner of Bevan and Associates LPA, Inc., specializing in the representation of working and wrongfully injured individuals across the State of Ohio. He graduated from Miami University of Ohio and earned his law degree from University of Akron, School of Law. He is licensed to practice in Ohio, the federal court for the Northern District of Ohio, and the United States Supreme Court. He was selected to Super Lawyers by his peers in 2016. Douglas Boxer has over 30 years of experience in law, politics, and government. He began his career with the San Francisco law firm of Hanson, Bridgett, Marcus, Vlahos, and Rudy, and served in government roles in Washington, DC, and Los Angeles. Joshua Grunda was born and raised in the Lorain, Ohio area. He graduated from Wittenberg University in 1999 and later earned a law degree from the Marshall College of Law at Cleveland State University in 2007. He is licensed to practice law in the states of Ohio and Illinois, the federal court for the Northern District of Ohio, and the United States Supreme Court. Joshua Grunda has been an associate attorney with Bevan and Associates LPA, Inc. since 2007. His focus has been on representing injured workers and their families for occupational disease and toxic torts claims, including those injured by exposures to asbestos, silica, benzene, vinyl chloride, and other toxic chemicals and substances.

Anjali A. Mehta

Anjali Mehta grew up in Cleveland, Ohio, and graduated from Barnard College of Columbia University in New York in 2005. She returned to Cleveland for law school and graduated from Case Western Reserve University, School of Law in 2009. Anjali is licensed to practice law in the states of Ohio and Indiana and the federal court for the Northern District of Ohio. While in law school, Anjali began working as a law clerk for Bevan and Associates LPA, Inc. Upon graduating and being admitted to practice law in 2009, Anjali continued her career with Bevan and Associates, becoming an associate attorney. Her primary focus is probate and estate administration, workers’ compensation, and representing individuals exposed to asbestos and other toxic chemicals and substances.
