Ted A. Greve

Dr. Ted A. Greve holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Georgia (1979), a Doctor of Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic (1982), and a Juris Doctorate from North Carolina Central University (1993). He was a collegiate swimmer, graduating Cum Laude from UGA and Magna Cum Laude from Palmer. He operated chiropractic clinics before founding the Law Office of Ted A. Greve in 1992, which later became Dr Ted Injury Law. He is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and is certified in Chiropractic X-ray and auto collision reconstruction. With a unique background as both a doctor and a lawyer, he focuses on representing injured individuals in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia. Jason E. Taylor

Kimberly Olsinski is a founding partner of Olsinski Law Firm, established in 2011. Kimberly earned her J.D. cum laude from Hofstra University School of Law and a B.D. cum laude in History and Sociology from the College of William and Mary. Sean Clayton

I am a North Carolina native raised by a family of bikers. As a child I started out riding a little Honda XR80, but in my mind it was just as cool as my dad’s Wide Glide. He was a police officer in my hometown of Durham and that exposure to the law and motorcycles led me down the path of doing what I do now. After attending Appalachian State where I graduated with honors, I entered The University of North Carolina School of Law. After graduating and meeting Bob I realized that his practice was my true calling; representing injured bikers. It’s not easy for bikers these days, but we intend to level the playing field for the bike community. I practice law with the belief that people should be treated fairly. The little guy gets taken advantage of far too often, so I work to turn the tables. A fellow biker will be the last one to get cheated on our watch, as we truly care about our clients and will fight for their rights. Having the opportunity to dedicate my career to helping such good people is a dream come true. There is something very distinct about being on a motorcycle - something that has to be experienced to be understood. It’s my goal to get my clients back to doing what they love.

Charles W. Hinnant, III

Charles "Chip" Hinnant grew up in Anderson, South Carolina. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the College of Charleston (2005-2009) and his Juris Doctor degree from the Charlotte School of Law (2009-2012). He served as Associate Justice of Finance for the Charlotte Law Moot Court Board and interned at the North Carolina Court of Appeals and Business Court. He is a recipient of the Charlotte Law Scholar award and graduated with Pro Bono Highest Honors Distinction. As a trial lawyer with Dr Ted Injury Law, he represents Plaintiffs in matters involving catastrophic personal injuries, wrongful death, worker’s compensation, nursing home abuse and neglect, medical negligence, sexual abuse, retaliatory employment discrimination, and cases implicating State and Federal Torts Claims Acts, qui tam whistleblower actions, and ERISA benefits. He is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum.

Salena Davis

Attorney Salena Davis, from Monroe, NC, earned her B.A. in Political Science and B.S. in Criminal Justice (Summa Cum Laude) from North Carolina Central University in 2005, and her J.D. from NCCU School of Law in 2008. She has dedicated her career to criminal defense, serving as a Mecklenburg County Assistant Public Defender and owning her own firm for 13 years. Salena represents adults and juveniles in Cabarrus, Rowan, and Mecklenburg Counties, and handles Federal Supervised Release violations. She is a member of the NC State Bar, Federal Western District of North Carolina, Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals, John S. Leary Bar Association, and Mecklenburg County Bar Association.
