Michaela D. McCuish

Attorney McCuish grew up in Mashpee and was part of the inaugural class of Mashpee High School. Attorney McCuish graduated top of her class from University of Massachusetts Law School. Jacqueline M. Reid

Attorney Reid grew up in Halifax, Massachusetts and attended Brandeis University before heading West to attend Pepperdine University School of Law. Jackie is an experienced trial attorney, having worked for the Los Angeles County Public Defender's Office. Jackie represented clients through all stages of the criminal justice system. She vigorously defended her clients whether charged with simple misdemeanors, third strike felonies, or complex criminal litigation including capital homicide. She has tried cases throughout Los Angeles County including courthouses located in Long Beach, Compton, Norwalk, and Downtown Los Angeles. Jackie has served a wide range of clients, from juveniles to adults. Attorney O'Brien is an experienced trial attorney, having served as Special Assistant Attorney General under four Attorneys General of the Commonwealth. He has represented clients in all state and federal court in Massachusetts. Attorney O'Brien was General Counsel for the Worcester County Sheriff's Department for 35 years and a Professor of Labor Law (Collective Bargaining) at Holy Cross College.
