Tim J. O’Brien
Tim J. O’Brien, born, raised, and educated in Houghton, Michigan, is Of Counsel at Hauptman, O’Brien, Wolf & Lathrop, P.C. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Olivet College in 1976 and a law degree from Creighton University in 1979. He was admitted to the Nebraska and Omaha Bar Associations in 1979 and is admitted to the State and Federal Courts in Nebraska, and the U.S. Court of Appeals 8th Circuit. He focuses on plaintiff Personal Injury, Interstate Trucking Collisions, Automobile Collisions, and Product Liability. Steve Lathrop
Steve Lathrop, born and raised in Omaha, is an Attorney at Hauptman, O’Brien, Wolf & Lathrop. Following his father's footsteps, he earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Creighton University in 1979 and a law degree from Creighton University in 1981. He was admitted to practice law in Nebraska State and Federal Courts in 1981. He focuses on Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice, Product Liability, and Workers’ Compensation cases. Steve served as a board member and President (2000) of the Nebraska Association of Trial Attorneys. He was elected to the Nebraska Legislature in 2006, 2010, and 2018, serving 12 years, and was Chair of the Judiciary Committee and Business and Labor Committees. He is a recipient of the AV Preeminent award from Lawyers.com and The National Trial Lawyers Top 100 - Civil Plaintiff.

Melany O’Brien
Melany O’Brien, born and raised in South Sioux City, Nebraska, is Of Counsel at Hauptman O’Brien Wolf and Lathrop, P.C. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Nebraska - Lincoln in 1989 and a Juris Doctor from Creighton University School of Law in 1993, graduating cum laude. Admitted to the Nebraska Bar and Federal Courts in 1993, she focuses on Personal Injury and Product Liability Law, as well as Civil Litigation. She has served on various Nebraska State Bar Association committees, is a Fellow and Board Member of the Nebraska State Bar Foundation, and was Chair of the House of Delegates in 2016. She is also a former Secretary and Executive Council Member of the Omaha Bar Association and a Past President of the Nebraska Women’s Bar Association. Melany is a Board Member for the Women’s Center for Advancement and is a recipient of the David A. Svoboda Trial Award. She is also the author of "Lead Poisoning Prevention in Nebraska" and "Personal Injury & Workers’ Compensation Proceeds in a Divorce".

Kristopher K. Madsen
Kristopher Madsen was born and raised in Council Bluffs. He obtained double majors in English and Political Science from St. Olaf College and a Juris Doctorate from Drake University. Since beginning practicing law in 1989, Mr. Madsen has devoted his practice almost entirely to civil litigation throughout Iowa and Nebraska in Federal and State Courts. He is regarded as one of the finest trial lawyers in the State of Iowa and has received numerous honors, including being listed in The Best Lawyers in America and recognized as one of the Best Lawyers in the Omaha Metropolitan Area by Omaha Magazine. Robert M. Livingston

He graduated cum laude from the University of California Los Angeles in 2003 with a Bachelor of Arts in psychology and earned his Juris Doctorate from Seattle University School of Law in 2008. He received the CALI award for Housing Law and Policy, the Washington State Hispanic Bar Association Scholarship (2007), and the Dean’s Diversity Scholarship (2005). He is licensed in Iowa, Nebraska, and the U.S. District Court of Nebraska, and is an active member of the Nebraska Association of Trial Attorneys and the Nebraska State Bar Association. He primarily focuses on plaintiff Workers’ Compensation, Personal Injury, and Employment Law, and is actively involved in the Hispanic community.
