Craig A. Platt

Craig A. Platt is a managing partner at Platt, Thompson and Buescher, known for his aggressive approach in criminal law and a long list of courtroom victories. Brent Thompson

He has litigated in Washington State Superior Courts, Federal District Court, the Washington State Court of Appeals, and the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. He has also served as a pro tem judge and court commissioner. Mr. Lyons is accredited by the Department of Veterans Affairs and acts as an attorney claimant representative for veterans' disability compensation claims, having worked for the Veterans Pro Bono Consortium.

Mimi Buescher

Mimi Buescher is a partner at Platt, Thompson and Buescher, specializing in family law and civil litigation. She graduated from Gonzaga University School of Law in 1980 and has extensive experience as a city attorney, public defender, and civil litigator, including working in Malawi and Saipan.

Clare Truitt Lyons, born and raised on Whidbey Island, Washington, holds a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities degree, magna cum laude, and a Juris Doctor from Seattle University. She is an associate attorney with Truitt & Lyons and also serves as a public defense attorney for District and Superior Courts in Island, Skagit, Whatcom, Jefferson, and Snohomish Counties. She is a member of the Washington Defender Association and the Washington State Bar Association's Criminal Law and Juvenile Law sections.
