Jack T. Randall

W. Christopher Dunn

William Christopher Dunn (Chris) joined Randall, McClenney, Daniels & Dunn, PC in 2021. He holds degrees from the College of William and Mary (B.A. in Economics, 1991), East Carolina University, Cambridge College (Master’s in School Administration), and Regent University School of Law (J.D. with High Honors). A native of Tidewater, Chris was a teacher in Chesapeake Public Schools before becoming an attorney. He practiced as a defense attorney for the Virginia Beach Public Defender’s Office and interned with both Commonwealth’s Attorney and Public Defender’s Offices in Suffolk. Chris is an aggressive advocate for clients in criminal, traffic, family law, and other areas. He is the go-to attorney for the Virginia Education Association, defending teachers, parents, and students in matters from employment and Child Protective Services Investigations to special education hearings.

Alexandra Kennedy

Alexandra 'Alli' Kennedy is a dynamic and passionate attorney at Randall, McClenney, Daniels & Dunn, P.C., focusing on Domestic Relations law. Born in Virginia Beach and raised in Southampton County, she has a deep connection to Virginia. She graduated from Southampton High School in 2018, earned a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from the University of North Carolina Wilmington in 2020, and her Juris Doctorate from Appalachian School of Law in 2024. Alli received the Virginia Trial Lawyers Award for 2023-2024 and the 2024 Trial Advocacy Award from the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, also earning a Family Law Certificate. She started with the firm as a legal assistant in 2022, became a paralegal from May 2023 to October 2024, and is now an associate attorney. She is licensed to practice law in Virginia and is known for her determination, compassion, and commitment to her clients.

Richard E. Railey, III

Carrying on the fine family tradition of this firm, Edward has followed in the footsteps of his father and grandfather. Taking part in service to the legal profession, Edward is Past President of the Young Trial Lawyers Section of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association.

Tammy McClenney

Tammy McClenney, born and raised in Virginia Beach, is an experienced and compassionate attorney specializing in family law matters like divorce and child custody. She also handles criminal and traffic violations, criminal record expungement, gun rights restoration, and restraining orders, with extensive experience in Child Abuse and Child Dependency cases and opposing Child Protective Services. With over 30 years in the legal realm, she served as a police officer and detective with the Virginia Beach Police Department, retiring as a Sergeant. After retiring, she joined the Virginia Beach Office of the Commonwealth’s Attorney for 5 years, focusing on domestic assault and battery and restraining order violations. She completed the Virginia Law Reader Program, became a licensed attorney, and operated her own firm, McClenney Law, PLLC, for almost a decade before joining Randall, McClenney, Daniels & Dunn. She enjoys spending time with family, attending concerts, playing poker, coaching fastpitch softball, riding her motorcycle, and outdoor activities.

Vincent L. Robertson, Sr.

Vincent Robertson, an Alabama native, served in the United States Marine Corps from 1982 to 2002. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management from Bluefield College (1999), a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Troy State University (2000), and a Juris Doctor from Regent University (2003). He has represented hundreds of clients and tried thousands of cases, serving as general counsel for businesses, churches, and charitable organizations. He was an elected Commonwealth’s Attorney for Sussex County, Virginia, and a Senior Assistant Attorney General for Virginia. Vincent works in the Hopewell office, specializing in asset protection, business law, compliance, employment agreements, contracts, civil litigation, family, and juvenile law. He is in good standing with the Virginia State Bar and U.S. Federal District Courts for Eastern and Western Virginia. He is a member of Who’s Who Among American Lawyers and the National Black Lawyers Top 100. He is also an adjunct professor at Virginia State University and the Crater Criminal Justice Training Academy. He enjoys golfing, dancing, mentoring, and community service with his fraternity (Omega Psi Phi) and his wife's sorority (Delta Sigma Theta).
