J. Kent Minnette
Kent trained and practiced with a Chicago litigation firm before returning to Indiana in 2001 to serve as a Marion County Deputy Prosecuting Attorney. In 2003, he co-founded Taylor, Minnette, Schneider & Clutter. His practice areas include municipal law, injury law, estate planning, business law, criminal defense, and litigation. He holds both Illinois and Indiana law licenses.

Daniel L. Taylor
Dan is a founding member of Taylor, Minnette, Schneider & Clutter, practicing law in Indiana since 1986. His practice areas include governmental law, corporate law, estate planning, probate, taxation, and litigation. He serves as Attorney for the Town of Avon, Town of Cumberland, Montgomery County Commissioners, South Montgomery Community School Corporation, North Putnam Community School Corporation, and the Zionsville Plan Commission. He is also a frequent speaker on municipal law, employment law, estate planning, and probate matters. Dan has been a Mediator since 1995 and Arbitrator since 1999.

Robert V. Clutter
Bob began his career in private practice focusing on criminal defense, serving as a public defender and lead counsel on death penalty cases. In 1998, he joined Clark, Quinn, Moses & Clark, focusing on land use, zoning, and real estate law. He served as Judge for Pike Township Small Claims Court and attorney for the Boone County Area Plan Commission since 2006. He joined Taylor, Minnette, Schneider & Clutter in 2009, continuing his work in land-use and real estate.

Thomas A. Whitsitt
Tom opened his private practice in 1974 in Lebanon, Indiana, after clerking for Judge William Garrard. He served as Boone County Chief Deputy Prosecutor from 1975-1978. His practice areas include family law, criminal defense, estate planning, business consultation, litigation, municipal law, and real estate. In 2024, he joined Taylor, Minnette, Schneider & Clutter as an Of Counsel member.

Ann M. Schneider
Ann is a founding member of Taylor, Minnette, Schneider & Clutter. She focuses her practice on estate planning, estate and trust administration, business, tax, and real estate law. She also has experience preparing payroll and related taxes for corporations and private foundations. She was admitted to practice in Indiana and before the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana in 2001.

Amy E. Nooning
Amy joined Giddings, Whitsitt & Williams in 2011, becoming a partner in 2016, and then joined Taylor, Minnette, Schneider & Clutter in 2024 as a partner. She focuses her practice in municipal law, probate, estate administration, and estate planning. She has served as Town Attorney for several Boone County towns since 2012.

Tyler M. Nichols
Tyler began as a law clerk for Taylor, Minnette, Schneider & Clutter in 2010-2011 and joined as an associate attorney in October 2011. He represents clients in criminal, civil, injury, and estate planning and administration matters, and serves as a primary attorney for municipal clients. He was admitted to practice law in Indiana and the United States Federal District Courts of the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana in 2011.
