Joe M. Looney
Joe M. Looney was licensed to practice law in the State of Tennessee in 1971. He is a native of middle Tennessee, having been born in Murfreesboro and raised in Shelbyville, Tennessee. He attended the University of Tennessee and obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics in 1968. He obtained a Doctor of Jurisprudence Degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law in December, 1970. While in Law School he was a member of the Tennessee Law Review and upon graduation was selected for Order of the Coif. He entered the United States Army as a Second Lieutenant in April of 1971, completing the Adjutant General Corps Officers Basic Course at Fort Benjamin Harrison in Indianapolis, Indiana. He subsequently served as Adjutant of Watervliet Arsenal in Watervliet, New York and as a Personnel Officer with the United States Army Support Command, Thailand at Sattahip, Thailand from December of 1971 through November of 1972. He completed his Army career at the U. S. Army Missile School at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, Alabama. Upon completing his military service, he moved to Crossville, Tennessee and has practiced there continuously since 1973. Currently his practice involves primarily real estate, banking, and probate and administration of estates. He represents a number of homeowners associations, property owners associations, and timeshare associations. He has been heavily involved in all aspects of timeshare law. He has also served as delinquent tax attorney for Cumberland County, Tennessee for many years. He currently enjoys an AV rating with Martindale Hubbell and has had that rating for over thirty years. He has served as a Hearing Panel Officer for the Board of Professional Responsibility and presently serves as a member of the Board of Professional Responsibility, which administers the disciplinary process for lawyers practicing in the State of Tennessee. He has also assisted the Tennessee Board of Law Examiners in performing character and fitness interviews for potential bar applicants for many years. He and his wife, Patricia, have been married 46 years. They have two children and five granddaughters.

Jonathan R. Hamby
A native of Crossville, Jonathan R. Hamby graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a Bachelor of Science in Recording Industry Management. Upon graduation, Jonathan went on to attend Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, Florida where he obtained his Juris Doctor. While in school, Jonathan received the Dean’s Scholar Award and CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Family Law and Federal Criminal Law and completed an internship at the Office of the State Attorney for the 7th Judicial District of Florida. After receiving his degree, Jonathan returned to Cumberland County to begin practicing criminal law, family law and general civil litigation. He is experienced in appellate practice and has successfully argued cases before the Tennessee Court of Appeals. Outside of his passion for law, Jonathan is a proud husband and father of two, a current member of the American and Tennessee Bar Associations and serves as Treasurer for the Cumberland County Bar Association.

Kenneth M. Chadwell
Kenneth Chadwell is the Managing Partner of the Firm. Mr. Chadwell focuses primarily on a broad range of real estate transactions including finance, acquisitions, and dispositions across numerous asset types including residential developments, multi-family, industrial and retail assets. In addition, Mr. Chadwell has significant experience in transactions involving timber and natural resources and serves as regional counsel to timber, land management and natural resource companies throughout the southeast. His clients include private equity groups, individual investors, developers, family offices, property owners associations, and other real estate companies. Mr. Chadwell also represents banks and financial institutions with regard to compliance, lending, underwriting and other issues. Additionally, he has represented municipalities and utilities and has experience with utility acquisitions and mergers. Mr. Chadwell currently serves as a Director for Highland Federal Savings and Loan Association. He serves as municipal attorney and counsel for local municipalities and utilities. Mr. Chadwell is a member of the American Bar Association, and Tennessee Bar Association and of the real estate sections of each.

Tyler Davis
Attorney Tyler Davis is skilled in many areas of the law. He has substantial experience in family law (including divorce, adoption, juvenile law, and the termination of parental rights), estate planning (including wills, trusts, probate, and real estate cases), and in cases that involve federal law and the federal courts.
