Carl J. Rachal is a personal injury trial attorney with over 29 years’ experience, focusing exclusively on serious personal injury and wrongful death cases. He graduated from The University of Southwestern Louisiana in 1991, earned his J.D. from The Southern University Law Center in 1995, and an L.L.M. in Taxation from The John Marshall Law School in 1996. He moved his practice to Lafayette in 2011, dedicated to helping the local community.

Andrew Reynolds
Attorney at Law Andrew Reynolds joined Kenny Habetz Injury Law in 2024, bringing over 15 years of litigation experience. Admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in Louisiana, he has represented insurance companies, corporations, and financial institutions. In 2017, Andrew shifted his focus to personal injury law, driven by a desire to help individuals affected by others’ negligence.

Jack Miller
Jack Miller has been an active practitioner, primarily performing courtroom work, since he was licensed to practice law. He served as an Assistant District Attorney for the 15th Judicial District Court in the 1970s and 80s, while also maintaining a personal injury and domestic law civil practice. He has practiced in Louisiana state courts (District, Court of Appeal, Supreme Court) and federal courts (United States District and Court of Appeal), and filed pleadings with the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, Acadia Parish Bar Association (past president), and Lafayette Parish Bar Association. He is also a member of the Multimillion Dollar Advocate Forum. Jack is married to Nicole Breaux Miller and has two daughters, Sarah (married to Parker Mitchell) and Ashleigh (deceased).

Diana Netterville
Diana Netterville is a New Orleans native who has dedicated nearly a decade to her legal career, starting as a prosecutor and then serving as a law clerk. She transitioned into private practice, focusing on criminal defense, and has recently moved into personal injury law, where she applies her negotiation skills and passion for advocacy to help clients injured in auto accidents.

Parker Mitchell
Parker Mitchell was admitted to the Louisiana Bar in 2013 and practices personal injury, family/domestic, and civil property law. He previously worked as a contract attorney for the 15th Judicial District Defender’s Office, handling Child in Need of Care cases. He has experience in appellate practice, including arguing before the Louisiana Supreme Court. He served as president of the Acadia Parish Bar Association and is currently parliamentarian. He is also chairperson of the By-law Committee for the International Rice Festival and a member of the Crowley Rotary Club. He obtained his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and graduated Cum Laude from Southern University Law Center. While at law school, he served as a legislative aide in the Louisiana State Senate, on the Moot Court Board and Law Review, and as a teaching assistant. He received the Chancellor’s Leadership Award. Parker is married to Sarah Miller and has two children.
