James D. Spiros

In 2019 he secured a jury verdict of $4.85 million in a Vermillion County medical malpractice case.

Miranda L. Soucie
Miranda L. Soucie is a leading Trial Attorney who fiercely advocates on behalf of her clients who have suffered serious personal injuries. Baku N. Patel
Attorney Baku N. Patel is lead counsel in all felony criminal defense cases and personal injury/wrongful death matters at Patel Law, P.C. He was commissioned in the United States Navy as an Officer in the Judge Advocate General’s Corp (JAG) in 1993, serving as a criminal defense trial attorney and military prosecutor. He later joined the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) as a trial attorney, then served as a senior prosecutor for Champaign County and Vermilion County State’s Attorney’s offices. He was appointed the youngest Chief Public Defender of Vermilion County at age 31. Mr. Patel was certified by the Illinois Supreme Court to be lead counsel in death penalty cases before its abolition in Illinois. He has tried over 150 criminal jury trials to verdict and recovered tens of millions of dollars for personal injury clients. He is eligible to practice in Federal District Court in both the Northern and Central Districts of Illinois.

Kennith W. Blan, Jr.
Attorney Kennith W.
