With over 37 years of professional legal experience, she began her career with a major international Wall Street law firm before establishing her own practice. She is a member of the Connecticut and New York bars and earned her Juris Doctor from Cornell University.

Robert Morici

Robert Morici is a Partner and head of the Litigation Group, which represents both plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury and wrongful death actions. He is experienced in handling a wide range of legal claims, including medical malpractice, nursing home abuse, premises liability, products liability, and workplace, construction, and motor vehicle accidents. He also oversees the firm’s defense department for insurance and governmental agencies. He serves as the Associate Village Justice for the Village of New Hyde Park, New York.

Paul Pepper

Paul Pepper is a Partner and lead trial attorney, handling Personal Injury, Civil Litigation, Criminal Defense, Matrimonial/Family Law, Residential Real Estate & Business Transactions, and Municipal Practice. He has achieved significant litigation success, including verdicts ranking in the 'Top 100 Personal Injury Verdicts' in New York (2017) and 'Top 50 Motor Vehicle Verdicts' (2017), and a 'Top 100 Personal Injury Settlement' (2018). He is a member of the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers.

Adam Rosen represents injured workers for their worker’s compensation matters since graduating from Hofstra Law School in 1995. He is an essential part of the Personal Injury team, assisting and advising clients on worker’s compensation cases and educating workers about their rights.

Michael D. Morici

As Managing Partner of the firm, Mr. Morici has extensive experience in corporate law, commercial and residential real estate transactions, and corporate and individual estate planning. He handles real estate and corporate matters in New York, including bank refinances, purchases, closings, business planning, contract negotiation, and corporate transactions. He also oversees administrative operations, recruitment, professional development, and business/client development for all three offices. He is a founding partner of the firm.

Gerard C. Morici

Gerard C. Morici is a Partner in the firm’s Real Estate, General Business/Corporate, and Litigation Groups. He focuses on preparing and negotiating commercial and residential leases, Asset Purchase Agreements, Stock Purchase Agreements, Operating Agreements, Shareholder Agreements, Master Service Agreements, Statements of Work, Employment Agreements, Severance Agreements, and various other contracts. He has an extensive background in litigation, assisting clients with disputes related to contracts, insurance coverage, construction, and employment. He co-authored an article on Fair Labor Standards Act Exclusions.

John Ryan is an Associate in the firm’s Civil Litigation, Personal Injury, and Municipal Law Groups. He represents individuals, businesses, and municipalities in civil matters, including personal injury, insurance defense, commercial disputes, Surrogate’s Court litigation, and general practice litigation. He also assists in the firm’s criminal practice. He has successfully argued motions and represented clients in mediations, arbitrations, inquest hearings, and settlement conferences. He received his Juris Doctorate from St. John’s University School of Law in 2023 and his Bachelor of Arts from Gettysburg College in 2020.
