Michael Manglardi
Mr. Manglardi received his undergraduate degree from the University of Central Florida in 1984. He graduated with honors in May of 1987 from Florida State University College of Law. While in college and at law school, Mr Manglardi received a number of honors, scholarships and awards, including being ranked number one in his class in his first year of law school. Over the past 20 years, Mr. Manglardi has successfully represented thousands of individuals and families throughout the State of Florida in various types of personal injury claims, including automobile accidents, defective product and theme park negligence. Mr. Manglardi resides in Central Florida with his wife and four children. He is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates forum and is active in various law related and civic organizations. He is a member of the Orange County Bar Association and served on its Professionalism Committee and Law Related Education Committee. He has chaired the local Florida Bar Grievance Committee, which investigates complaints of unethical conduct against attorneys and volunteers as an advisor and judge for the Orange County Bar Teen Court Program. Eduardo Rodriguez
Licensed for over 20 years, Eduardo Rodriguez is an experienced Orlando personal injury attorney and Partner at The Law Offices of Pardy & Rodriguez, P.A. Born in the Dominican Republic and raised in Puerto Rico, Rodriguez graduated with honors from Strayer College in Washington, D.C.. He then furthered his studies by attending law schools at the Pontifical Catholic University in Ponce, Puerto Rico and Loyola University Chicago School of Law in Chicago, Illinois. Mr. Rodriquez became licensed to practice in Puerto Rico in 1996, as well as Florida in 1999. Speaking both fluent Spanish and English, Mr. Rodriquez is able to offer services to a large width of clientele. Community involvement is something that holds great importance to Mr. Rodriguez as he actively serves as a member of the Florida Justice Association and the Hispanic Bar Association, as well as a Trustee at the Homeowners Association. Julio C. Martinez, Jr
Mr. Martinez graduated with high honors, in the top of his class, from the Florida State University College of Law in April of 1986. He received American Jurisprudence Awards for Excellent Achievement in two courses of study: torts and criminal practice. He also was a recipient of the Barrett G. Johnson Award in International Law. While at the Florida State University College of Law, Mr. Martinez served as president of the Spanish-American Law Student Association. Mr. Martinez is married, with three children and one grandchild. He has resided in Central Florida since the age of ten. He attended public grade school in Orlando, and graduated from Bishop Moore Catholic High School. Mr. Martinez handles a wide variety of cases including motor vehicle collisions, wrongful death, product liability and insurance contract disputes. He has lectured for the Florida Justice Association, and has served as an adjunct professor at Valencia Community College. Mr. Martinez is a member of the Florida Bar, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, the Florida Justice Association, the American Trial Lawyers Association, the Osceola Bar Association and the Orange County Bar Association. Brian C. Lamb
Brian C. Lamb joined the firm in 2010 after spending many years defending medical professionals in medical malpractice lawsuits. He concentrates his practice in the areas of medical malpractice, nursing home abuse, wrongful death and personal injury litigation. A Georgia native, Mr. Lamb received his Bachelor Degree in Business Administration in 1979 from Augusta State University. In 1983 he graduated with distinction from Georgia Southern University, earning a Master in Public Administration. Mr. Lamb’s education continued at Valencia Community College where he obtained an Associate in Science Degree, Registered Nurse. He then went on to the University of Florida School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctorate degree. While in law school Mr. Lamb graded onto the University of Florida Law Review and received the book award for having the highest grade in his class in torts (2000) and family law (2001). He ultimately graduated magna cum laude in 2003. In 2004 he was inducted into the Order of the Coif, a distinction bestowed upon students in the top ten percent of graduates from the top fifty law schools across the nation. Prior to becoming an Personal Injury Lawyer, Mr. Lamb worked as a registered nurse in the emergency room, intensive care unit (ICU), cardiac catheterization lab and progressive care unit (PCU). While a registered nurse, Mr. Lamb held both supervisory and managerial positions in different aspects of the nursing profession. As a former nurse and a former defense attorney Mr. Lamb brings a unique perspective to the representation of persons injured by the negligence of medical professionals. Matthew D. Pardy
Licensed for over 20 years, Matthew D. Pardy is an experienced Orlando personal injury attorney and President of The Law Offices of Pardy & Rodriguez, P.A. Mr. Pardy is a proud alumni of Colgate University, where he graduated with honors. He then furthered his studies at The George Washington University Law School in Washington, D.C., and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1994. Pamela A. Padilla
Pamela A. Padilla joined the firm in 2011 with an impressive background and remarkable trial skills. Mrs. Padilla spent years defending the interests of insurance companies and physicians in medical malpractice cases prior to turning her focus to the helping the injured. Her insight into how insurance companies evaluate and defend lawsuits along her dedication and tenacity makes her a fierce advocate. Mrs. Padilla joined the firm so that she could turn her focus to representing injured individuals and their families in cases of wrongful death, motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, premises liability and general personal injury actions. She is dedicated to providing her clients with compassionate, informative and quality representation. Mrs. Padilla obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Legal Studies in 1993, with honors, from the University of Central Florida. Before receiving her law degree, Mrs. Padilla worked as a paralegal for ten years which provided her with a head start to her practice. She obtained her Juris Doctorate Degree in 2003 from Barry University School of Law. During law school, Mrs. Padilla received a Certificate in International Legal Studies from Tulane University after studying international law in Paris, France. Impressively, Mrs. Padilla was selected in her first year to receive the award for Best Oralist by Judges from Orange and Seminole County. During her second year, she was selected to be on the Barry University Trial Team where she went on to be a very active member as well as a director of the team. Mrs. Padilla participated in numerous Mock Trial competitions during her two and a half year tenure on the Trial Team including competitions hosted by The Florida Bar, Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers Association and Association of Trial Lawyers of America. After graduating, Mrs. Padilla returned, after invitation, to help coach the school’s trial team. Additionally, she was an active member and director of her law school’s Moot Court Team. Daniel P. Osterndorf
Licensed for over 23 years, Daniel is an experienced specialist in the area of personal injury law and member of the litigation department at The Law Offices of Pardy & Rodriguez, P.A. He received his undergraduate degree from Florida State University in 1992. Daniel attended law school at the Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center at Touro College in New York, where he regularly made the Dean’s List, earning multiple Academic Excellence Awards for obtaining the highest grade and graduating in the top 7% of his class. During law school Daniel worked for a plaintiff’s personal injury law firm and also for the Civil Division of the United States Attorneys’ Office for the Eastern District of New York, in Brooklyn, New York. Upon graduation from law school in 1997, Daniel returned to Florida and was admitted to the Florida Bar. After many years of civil trial practice, Daniel successfully applied for and became a Florida board certified attorney in the area of Civil Trial Law, which includes personal injury law. Board certified lawyers must undergo a rigorous peer review to evaluate their professionalism, must provide substantial proof of litigation experience in the courtroom, and finally, are required to pass additional testing to prove proficiency and expertise. Only 7% of all attorneys licensed to practice law in Florida are board certified. Daniel has previously served as a coach and board member for Orlando’s College Park Little League and served as Chairman and Vice-Chairman of the City of Orlando’s Certification Board (a board created by the City of Orlando that is dedicated to assisting minority and women owned businesses in the City of Orlando).
