Charles J. Peterson
Charles J. Peterson, known as Chuck, joined Mackoff Kellogg Law Firm in 1990. Stephen A. Fetch is originally from Bismarck, North Dakota. He received his Bachelor's Degree from the University of North Dakota in 2010 and his J.D. from the University of Kansas in 2013. Christina M. Wenko joined Mackoff Kellogg in August 2012, after serving as a law clerk. She received her B.A. from Dickinson State University and her J.D. from the University of North Dakota School of Law. She was active in oral and trial advocacy programs and was elected to the Order of the Barristers. Christina has been recognized by the National Academy of Family Law Attorneys and the American Institute of Family Law Attorneys as a "Top 10 Under 40" attorney. In March 2020, she became the sole shareholder of Mackoff Kellogg.

Morgan M. Jacobs
Morgan M. Jacobs is from Bismarck, North Dakota. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Social Work from the University of Mary in 2017 and her Juris Doctorate from the University of Wyoming College of Law in 2021. During law school, she received an award for her pro bono work in family and child legal advocacy. Before joining Mackoff Kellogg, Morgan practiced family law in Casper, Wyoming, gaining experience in divorce and child custody matters.
