Charles J. Peterson

Charles J. Peterson, known as Chuck, joined Mackoff Kellogg Law Firm in 1990. He provides legal services in oil and gas law, real property law, commercial law, creditors’ rights, estate planning, and probate, with a current focus on landowners and mineral interest owners in Western North Dakota and Eastern Montana. He has served on the Disciplinary Board of the North Dakota Supreme Court and the North Dakota Supreme Court Services Administration Committee. Chuck has been recognized as one of the Best Lawyers in America multiple times. He retired in 2017 but continues to serve as of counsel.

Stephen A. Fetch

Stephen A. Fetch is originally from Bismarck, North Dakota. He received his Bachelor's Degree from the University of North Dakota in 2010 and his J.D. from the University of Kansas in 2013. He has practiced law in Bismarck and Devils Lake, focusing on family law, criminal law, and personal injury. He is licensed in North Dakota state and federal courts, the Spirit Lake Reservation, the Turtle Mountain Reservation, and Georgia.

Jason J. Henderson

Jason J. Henderson joined Mackoff Kellogg Law Firm in 2009. He specializes in legal matters related to real estate, commercial transactions, business entities, estate planning, and taxation. He holds a B.A. from Concordia College, a J.D. from the University of North Dakota School of Law, and an LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law. Jason is licensed to practice in state and federal courts of North Dakota, South Dakota, and Montana, as well as the United States Tax Court.

Christina M. Wenko

Christina M. Wenko joined Mackoff Kellogg in August 2012, after serving as a law clerk. She received her B.A. from Dickinson State University and her J.D. from the University of North Dakota School of Law. She was active in oral and trial advocacy programs and was elected to the Order of the Barristers. Christina has been recognized by the National Academy of Family Law Attorneys and the American Institute of Family Law Attorneys as a "Top 10 Under 40" attorney. In March 2020, she became the sole shareholder of Mackoff Kellogg.

Morgan M. Jacobs

Morgan M. Jacobs is from Bismarck, North Dakota. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Social Work from the University of Mary in 2017 and her Juris Doctorate from the University of Wyoming College of Law in 2021. During law school, she received an award for her pro bono work in family and child legal advocacy. Before joining Mackoff Kellogg, Morgan practiced family law in Casper, Wyoming, gaining experience in divorce and child custody matters.
