Timothy V. Potter

Timothy V. Potter, a Burns, Tennessee native, graduated from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville, where he received the Torchbearer Award, and Vanderbilt Law School in 1995. He has been a trial lawyer in Middle Tennessee since 1995, focusing on complex civil litigation and criminal defense, and provides legal advice to governmental entities. He has served as Chairman of the local Board of Education and is a past-President of the Dickson County Bar Association and Tennessee County Attorney Association.

Stanley Q. Reynolds

Stanley Q. Reynolds, a native of Dickson County, graduated from Austin Peay State University and received his JD from Nashville School of Law in 1978. He began his legal career in 1978, opening his own law office in Dickson in 1980. He has served as past President of the Dickson Rotary Club, Tennessee Municipal Attorneys Association, and Dickson County Bar Association, and held various city attorney roles. He is a veteran of the U.S. Navy and holds a Martindale-Hubble BV® Distinguished™ law rating.

Brian Ragan

Brian Ragan, a Dickson County resident, graduated from Middle Tennessee State University in 1988 and Nashville School of Law in 1993. His professional experience includes financial services, bank examination, and legal counsel for the TDFI. He moved his law practice to Dickson in 1998, served an eight-year term as city judge, and has been county attorney for Dickson County since 2006. He is a veteran of the Tennessee Army National Guard, including a tour in Afghanistan.

Kirk Vandivort

Kirk Vandivort, a native of Dickson County, graduated from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville in 1992 and Nashville School of Law in 1997. He gained legal experience with McGee, Lyons, & Ballinger, PLC and the Public Defender’s Office before bringing his practice to Dickson in 1999. He joined Reynolds, Potter, Ragan & Vandivort, PLC in 2004 and serves as counsel for the City of Charlotte. He is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran of Operation Desert Storm/Persian Gulf War and has served on the Dickson County School Board for over 10 years.

Andrew E. Mills

Andrew E. Mills, a Dickson, Tennessee native, graduated from Belmont University in 2009 and the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law in 2012. He is a partner at Reynolds, Potter, Ragan & Vandivort, PLC, practicing since 2012, handling complex transactional and litigation matters and representing various governmental entities. He serves as President of the Tennessee County Attorney's Association and is a Board Member of Friends of White Bluff, Inc.

Hilary H. Duke

Hilary H. Duke, born and raised in Nashville, began her legal career assisting in her father's law office. She graduated from Berry College in 2001 and Nashville School of Law in 2005. She worked as a Deputy Court Clerk before joining Reynolds, Potter, Ragan and Vandivort, PLC, where she is now a Partner. She served as Dickson County Bar Association President from 2012 to 2019 and was a collegiate All-American athlete.

Lisa Littleton Holley

Lisa Littleton Holley, a Dickson native, is the managing member and closing attorney for Bankers Title and Escrow Dickson, LLC, specializing in real estate and transactional law. She graduated from Tennessee Tech University in 1987 and received her JD from Nashville School of Law in 1996, after which she worked in various real estate and title roles before merging her practice with Bankers Title and Escrow in 2016.
