Gulliana Goehring is a Managing Partner at Fry | Goehring with over 23 years of experience in the legal field, first as a Paralegal and since 2021 as an Attorney. Born in Peru, she studied Law there before moving to Atlanta in 2002. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in International Economics from Georgia State University (Cum Laude) and her Juris Doctor from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School (AJMLS), graduating Cum Laude and ranking 4th in her class. She received several awards at AJMLS, including Peer Mentor of the Year and Outstanding Student of the Quarter. Gulliana is an active volunteer with non-profit organizations in Georgia, a foster mom for Angels Among Us Pet Rescue, and serves on multiple boards, including the Georgia Association of Woman Lawyers Foundation and Georgia Hispanic Bar Association. David began his career as an associate in two local firms and garnered experience in various areas of the law including Contract Law, Corporate Law, Divorce, Personal Injury, Criminal Defense, and Family and Business based immigration. In 2004 he chose to established his own firm, The Law Offices of David A. Concha P.C. where he continues to pursue his passion for the law. A member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and The National Immigration Project. David is also registered with the Chamber of Commerce of Spain, for his ability to conduct business in Spanish. David often speaks on immigration issues to a variety of businesses and groups as well having previously participating in a radio program on 1220 AM, on the internet, in Charlotte, North Carolina, serving the Hispanic community. He is a 2007 recipient of La Noticia Community Service Award for his work with the Hispanic community. David also taught a class on Immigration Law at Central Piedmont Community College.

Vince de la Cruz graduated from Florida International University (Miami, FL) with a degree in Public Administration and earned his JD from Arizona State University. Randy E. Fry

Randy E. Fry has represented clients since 1999, dedicating himself entirely to personal injury matters. He gained valuable experience with the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office and worked with three litigation firms in metro Atlanta. Gary Rodrick Casper III is a Georgia native, born and raised. He attended the University of North Georgia for his undergraduate degree, obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Political Science/Pre-Law, Summa Cum Laude. Graduating a year early, Gary took time off from his schooling to study for the Law School Admissions Test and decided to give back to the community by working as a substitute teacher and volunteering. He then attended the University of Georgia School of Law in Athens, GA, where he worked as a mediator for Athens-Clarke County Magistrate Court and obtained a Juris Doctor degree to practice law. Since graduating from law school, Gary has worked as an attorney, primarily focusing on personal injury and workers’ compensation. In his spare time, Gary enjoys caving, gaming, and volunteering.
