Paul R. Brazil

Paul Brazil is a native of Dunmore, Pennsylvania and a graduate of Dunmore High School. For his undergraduate education, he attended Bloomsburg University where he majored in political science. He then went on to earn his JD from Widener University School of Law. Following graduation from law school, Mr. Brazil worked at a large Philadelphia civil defense firm where he litigated workers’ compensation claims and Heart and Lung Act cases. In 2012, he joined with his coworker Max Muller to form Muller Brazil. The firm was created with the goal of providing representation with a personal approach, and encouraging free-flowing communication and information between attorney and client. Initially, Mr. Brazil litigated personal injury, insurance coverage, and other types of civil and administrative actions, along with vaccine injury claims. However, for the past several years, he has devoted the entirety of his practice to representing vaccine injury victims in the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. Mr. Brazil resides in Bucks County, Pennsylvania with his wife, four children, and two dogs.

Maximillian J. Muller

Maximillian J. Muller is a founding member of Muller Brazil and My Vaccine Lawyer. Mr. Muller is an experienced litigator in both Federal and State Courts in the areas of vaccine injury, unsafe drug and medical device injury, personal injury, mass torts, and bad faith. Mr. Muller prides himself on keeping Muller Brazil on the cutting edge of injury litigation and running a client-focused practice. He is a seasoned courtroom litigator and regularly tries cases to verdict. He works closely with some of the leading medical experts in the country and has several landmark decisions in vaccine court. Recently, he received the first successful trial verdict in proving Guillain-Barre syndrome as the result of a pneumonia vaccine. This decision paved the way for several more similar successful cases. Mr. Muller resides in the suburbs of Philadelphia with his wife, 3 children and two dogs. He is an avid golfer and Philadelphia sports fan.

Laura Levenberg

Laura J. Levenberg is a dedicated advocate for individuals who have suffered personal injuries. James Muller

James Muller, Esquire has been an “of counsel” attorney to Muller Brazil since its inception. Mr. Muller has been practicing law for over 30 years and is a specialized personal injury, Social Security Disability, and workers’ compensation lawyer. Jim utilizes his extensive experience to provide invaluable insight to Muller Brazil. Mr. Muller has spent 30+ years putting his clients’ priorities first and has become a well-known injury attorney in the Philadelphia area. Mr. Muller received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 1974. He later received his Juris Doctor from Villanova University School of Law in 1979. James was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar Association and U.S. Court of Appeals, Third Circuit, in 1980. He continues to serve as a trusted advisor to the attorneys of Muller Brazil and their clients alike.

Amy Senerth

Amy Senerth joined My Vaccine Lawyer in 2017, bringing her expertise and passion to the forefront of vaccine injury and personal injury litigation. With a steadfast commitment to advocating for her clients, Ms. Senerth has quickly established herself as a formidable presence in the legal community. Her dedication to justice was recently recognized when she was selected to the Appellate Advisory Council for the Vaccine Injured Petitioners Bar Association, an honor that underscores her expertise and contributions to this specialized field. Born and raised in Connecticut, Amy grew up in a family dedicated to hard work and community service. Her father, a woodworking teacher turned entrepreneur, and her mother, a nurse, instilled in her a deep appreciation for the challenges faced by everyday people. Stewart Liebman

Stewart Liebman, Esq. is an ‘Of Counsel’ attorney at Muller Brazil. He received his B.S. degree from Pennsylvania State University in 1967, with memberships in Beta Gamma Sigma, an international honor society servicing business programs, and Beta Alpha Psi, an international honors business fraternity for accounting, finance and information systems students and professionals. Stewart graduated in 1970 from Villanova University with his Juris Doctorate, and was admitted to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court in 1970, and the U.S. Supreme Court in 1982. Mr. Liebman is a member of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice (formerly the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association) the largest professional association for trial lawyers within Pennsylvania. Additionally, he is a member of the Montgomery, Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations.

Bridget McCullough

Bridget McCullough has been an associate with Muller Brazil and My Vaccine Lawyer since 2017. She currently devotes her entire practice to representing individuals in the United States Court of Federal Claims Vaccine Injury Compensation Program. Prior to joining Muller Brazil, Ms. McCullough worked as an Assistant Public Defender at the Knox County Public Defender’s Community Law Office in Knoxville, Tennessee through the Gideon’s Promise Program. Ms. McCullough received her J.D. from the Syracuse University College of Law and has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Delaware. While in law school, Ms. McCullough served as the Editor-in-Chief for the Syracuse Journal of International Law and Commerce, was published in the Impunity Watch Law Journal, and received an Excellence for the Future Award in International Law. Ms. McCullough resides in Philadelphia with her husband and daughter.
