Paul R. Kfoury Jr.

Paul Kfoury, Jr. is an experienced litigator with a specialty in workers’ compensation defense matters to include: premium audits, wage and hour, workers’ compensation coverage, DOL compliance/fines, classification disputes involving NCCI and the NH Insurance Department, and DES hearings and audits. Paul also frequently represents insurance companies, government entities, third party administrators, and self-insured employers before the Department of Labor, Compensation Appeals Board, and the New Hampshire Supreme Court. In 2023, Paul was inducted as a Fellow in The College of Workers Compensation Lawyers, a national organization established to honor those attorneys who have distinguished themselves in their practice in the field of workers compensation. Paul has also been selected by his peers for his legal representation in the area of workers’ compensation. J. Kirk Trombley

Kirk Trombley is a general practice attorney focusing in litigation and employment related matters. He has appeared before administrative agencies, such as the Labor Department, in trial courts, and in appellate courts such as the New Hampshire Supreme Court. He joins his partner, Paul Kfoury, as one of the leading New Hampshire attorneys in workers’ compensation-related risks for employers and insurers. Kirk’s practice also includes employment matters and other employment related consultation. He is also affiliated with the Justice Studies Department at the University of New Hampshire.
