William J. Davis

William J. Davis, an East Liverpool native, graduated from the Ohio State University School of Law in 1973. He is a certified Civil Trial Specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy since 1986, recognized by the American Bar Association, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, and the Ohio Supreme Court Commission on Lawyer Specialization. He is a member of State Trial Lawyers Associations in Ohio, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania, and has served as President of the Columbiana County Bar Association, a Trustee of the Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers, and a Governor of the American Board of Professional Liability Attorneys. His practice focuses on personal injury and wrongful death claims, including complex litigation. He has been selected for inclusion in the Super Lawyers list as one of Ohio’s top-rated personal injury lawyers from 2005-2024 and has received AV-peer ratings from Martindale-Hubbell.

Michael P. Davis

Michael P. Davis graduated Cum Laude from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2010, after earning a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Capital University in 2007. He specializes in prosecuting insurance and personal injury claims and cases, and also handles general practice matters. He is a member of the Ohio Association for Justice, the Ohio State Bar Association, and the Columbiana County Bar Association. He has been included in the Super Lawyers’ Rising Star list from 2018 to 2024.

Richard Bush

Attorney Richard T. Bush's practice covers civil litigation including personal injury, medical malpractice, insurance litigation, business disputes, and employment law. He has extensive experience in wage and hour litigation, handling individual claims and collective actions. He has also published and presented seminars on wage and hour issues.

Dennis Haines

Attorney Dennis Haines' practice included labor and employment-related cases, including ERISA-401(k) actions, and representing both employees and employers on constitutional issues, employment-at-will, employment discrimination, and matters involving the National Labor Relations Act and The State Employment Relations Act. He was specially appointed counsel for the Ohio Attorney General and an Assistant Mahoning County Prosecutor. He lectured on teachers’ constitutional and collective bargaining rights and employment matters. He was recognized by the Ohio Education Association and carries the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory’s highest rating AV. He was the recipient of the 2005 Professionalism Award from the Mahoning County Bar Association. He passed away on February 20, 2025, at the age of 87.

Charles Oldfield

Attorney Charles Oldfield focuses on prosecuting and defending appeals and motion practice. He has argued cases before state appellate courts, the Supreme Court of Ohio, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. His practice areas include employment law, labor law, education law, personal injury, and medical malpractice. He previously served as a law clerk in the Ohio Eleventh District Courts of Appeals and worked for judges in Ohio’s Fourth and Seventh District Courts of Appeals. He has presented seminars on legal writing and appellate advocacy and published articles in Ohio Trial and The Kentucky Law Journal.

Emily Bush

Emily S. Bush interned with the Office of the Attorney General for the District of Columbia and four District Attorney’s Offices in Massachusetts during law school. After graduating from Suffolk University Law School, she represented claimants appealing denials of disability benefits. She then worked on personal injury, consumer protection, federal civil rights actions, product liability, and medical malpractice cases. She was admitted to practice in the United States District Court, District of Massachusetts, in December 2015, and to the Ohio bar in July 2021. She is a volunteer mentor in the Ursuline Sisters Scholars program.

Rebecca M. Gerson

Attorney Rebecca M. Gerson has served in private practice, as Deputy Law Director for the City of Youngstown, Assistant Prosecutor for Mahoning County, and a part-time Acting Judge in Girard Municipal Court. She holds licenses to practice from the Supreme Court of Ohio, The United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, United States Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, United States Tax Court, and the Supreme Court of the United States. She is a former instructor at YSU’s Ohio Peace Officer Basic Training Program.
