Kelly Reed

Kelly Reed grew up in Belleville and joined the firm in 2004. She graduated magna cum laude from Wheaton College in 2001 with a B.A. in History and Social Sciences. She received her J.D. cum laude from St. Louis University School of Law in 2004, where she was a member of the Public Law Review. She was licensed to practice law in Illinois in 2004 and in Missouri in 2005. She focuses her practice in personal injury and workers’ compensation.

Ann Marie Fitzpatrick

Ann Marie Fitzpatrick was born and raised in Edwardsville, Illinois. She graduated from Southern Illinois University Carbondale with a B.S. in Pre-Law and Paralegal Studies in 2006. She received her J.D. from Ave Maria School of Law in 2010. She is licensed to practice law in Illinois and Missouri and joined the firm in 2020. She focuses her practice in personal injury, workers’ compensation, criminal, and family law matters.

Earl Hubbs

Earl Hubbs has been licensed to practice law in Illinois since 1987 and in Missouri since 2003. He attended Southern Illinois University-Carbondale for his undergraduate (B.S. 1979) and law school (J.D. 1987) degrees. He joined the firm in 2009 and focuses on personal injury, workers’ compensation, and general litigation.

Rick Reed

Rick Reed was born and raised in Belleville, Illinois. He graduated from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville with a B.A. in History and an M.S. in Education Administration. He received his law degree from St. Louis University School of Law. He opened his first law office in Belleville, Illinois, and has since expanded it to eight locations. For over thirty years, he authored 'The Law and You,' a weekly column. He was selected as the best St. Clair County Attorney in a Suburban Journal Readers’ poll and received a Readers’ Choice Award in 2019.
