Kevin W. Gaughen, Jr. joined the firm in 2009 from the Norfolk County District Attorney’s office, where he served as an Assistant District Attorney. He is known for his zealous trial advocacy. He is a graduate of American University (B.A., 2004) and Suffolk University Law School (J.D., 2007). He was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 2007. He provides pro bono services to the Volunteer Lawyers Project of the Boston Bar Association, serves as Vice President of the Hingham Working Dog Foundation, and is a board member of the Hingham Institution for Savings. He concentrates his practice in Real Estate and General Litigation. Julio R. Hernando

He was a 1976 graduate of Georgetown University and a 1979 graduate of Suffolk University Law School. He served as General Counsel for the East Weymouth Savings Bank and Hingham Institution for Savings.
