Ben F. Tucker

Ben F. Tucker has been providing legal services for the residents of Rockingham County, North Carolina, for more than 45 years. Before joining Seth M. Woodall & Associates, PLLC, in 2022, he was the senior attorney for Folger & Tucker, PA. He handles a broad range of legal matters including personal injury, traffic violations, DWI, real estate, estate planning, and business formation. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his law degree from the University of Richmond. He has served as President of the Rockingham County Bar Association and the Rockingham County Community Foundation, and held leadership roles in the Church of the Epiphany.

He began his legal career as an associate attorney for Walker & Melvin, PLLC, became partner in 2009, and took over the firm in 2019, creating Seth M. Woodall & Associates. He expanded the firm's services to Madison in 2021. He has twin girls and two boys and is married to Stephanie. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time outdoors and supporting his children and the community in their athletic endeavors.

James R. Walker

James R. Walker has provided expert legal services for his fellow Eden residents for more than 50 years. He joined his father, Barney Walker Sr., as a partner in Walker and Walker in 1965. He still practices with the firm as counsel.
