Robert Cetrulo

Robert Cetrulo was born in Covington, Kentucky, on August 8, 1959. He was admitted to the Kentucky bar in 1984 and began an active practice focusing on insurance defense. In 1991, he became a partner at Ware, Bryson, West, and Bartlett, specializing in workers' compensation, general litigation, trial practice, and insurance defense. In 1999, he received mediation training and has served as a certified mediator. In 2001, he co-founded Cetrulo and Mowery with Susanne Cetrulo, focusing on trial practice and litigation, with an emphasis on personal injury defense, workers' compensation, and employment litigation. He was recognized as the most prolific trial attorney in Kentucky by the Kentucky Trial Court Review in 2007 and 2014, and was the top trial lawyer in the state for civil trial verdicts between 2005-2015. Robert has also defended cases for Norfolk Southern Railways for twenty years, successfully handling numerous crossing cases and FELA litigation.

Lindsay Rump

Lindsay A. Rump obtained her law degree from Salmon P. Chase College of Law in 2003, where she received the William H. Greaves Scholarship and the CALI Award of Excellence for Trial Advocacy. She has significant trial experience, having tried over 20 cases to verdict. Lindsay is well-versed in personal injury and insurance law, having published articles and given numerous presentations on topics such as Bad Faith, Kentucky PIP law, and civil litigation. Prior to joining Cetrulo, Mowery & Hicks as a partner in June 2015, she was a partner at Smith, Rolfes & Skavdahl, L.P.A., where she focused on insurance defense litigation, Bad Faith, PIP, and insurance coverage issues.

Susanne Cetrulo is a founding partner of Cetrulo and Mowery, established in 2001 with Robert Cetrulo. Andrew Barger

Before earning his law degree with honors from Salmon P. Chase College of Law, Andrew Barger was a successful financial consultant. Larry Hicks

Larry Hicks joined Cetrulo, Mowery & Hicks in 2012, bringing over 30 years of private practice experience. He obtained his law degree from Salmon Chase College of Law at NKU in 1984 and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Kentucky in 1981. His accounting background is beneficial for business litigation, understanding financial documents, and analyzing damage issues. He has handled many cases exceeding $1,000,000 and has presented at educational seminars for attorneys on various aspects of litigation. Larry has represented individuals, banks, and insurance companies.
