Ronald B. Collins

Ronald B. Collins, a partner in Duckett, Bouligny & Collins, L.L.P., leads the firm’s litigation section. He has successfully represented both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide range of cases, including oil and gas, royalty disputes, condemnation, family law, personal injury, probate litigation, real estate, employment matters, construction contracts, and consumer claims. He has also served as City Attorney for the City of El Campo since 1991. Ronald is a member of the Wharton County Bar Association, College of the State Bar of Texas, American Board of Trial Advocates, and has held leadership roles in various civic organizations.

Richard L. Kerzee

Richard L. Kerzee has been an attorney with Duckett, Bouligny & Collins, L.L.P. since March 2006, becoming a partner in 2013. He handles a wide variety of cases including civil litigation, personal injury, family law, probate litigation, general business, creditor collection, and appellate practice. Prior to law school, Richard spent 15 years in the insurance industry. He is a member of the Wharton County Bar Association, State Bar of Texas, and serves on the Board of Directors for the West Wharton County Hospital District, among other community roles.

Lauralee Collins Zalman

Lauralee Collins Zalman is an associate attorney at Duckett, Bouligny & Collins, L.L.P. She earned her J.D. from Baylor Law School in 2016 and a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin in 2014. Prior to joining the firm, Lauralee practiced in civil insurance defense and personal injury law. She is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Wharton County Bar Association, the Rotary Club of El Campo, and serves on the Board of Directors of the Boys and Girls Club of El Campo.

John M. Merck

John M. Merck is a partner at Duckett, Bouligny & Collins, L.L.P., focusing on estate planning and probate, oil and gas, real estate, business organizations, and business transactions. He holds degrees in Accounting from the University of Houston (1984) and a J.D. from South Texas College of Law (1988). John is both an attorney and a Certified Public Accountant. He is an active member of the Wharton County Bar Association, State Bar of Texas, Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Coastal Conservation Association.

Heath S. Radley

Heath S. Radley is a partner at Duckett, Bouligny & Collins, L.L.P., specializing in real estate, lending, oil & gas, business entities, acquisitions, contracts, condemnations, estate planning, and probate law. He earned his J.D. from South Texas College of Law in 2002 and a B.B.A. in Finance from Texas A&M University in 1998. Heath is a member of the Wharton County Bar Association, the State Bar of Texas, and the Coastal Conservation Association. He is also actively involved in farming and ranching operations in El Campo, Texas.

Ashley Tegeler Kleiman
