Furqan Mohammed
Furqan Mohammed is a Founder and Partner at Mohammed, Shamaileh & Tabahi, LLC (“MST Law”), and focuses his practice almost exclusively in the areas of personal injury (vehicle accidents, slip-and-falls, and dog bites), medical malpractice, and wrongful death, with a special emphasis on cases that involve commercial transportation, such as taxis, rideshare drivers, food delivery (gig) workers, and commercial carriers. Over the past ten years, Furqan and his team of attorneys have secured millions of dollars in settlements involving catastrophic injuries. To bolster his injury practice, Furqan is a trained mediator, has passed the Chicago Public Chauffeur License Examination, and has also passed the Illinois State Property and Casualty Insurance Examinations. These courses allow Furqan to navigate insurance policies and city regulations carefully and negotiate the best settlements on behalf of his clients. Prior to founding MST Law, Furqan worked as a commercial litigator at the Chicago office of Perkins Coie LLP, one of the largest law firms in the US, where he represented multinational companies in commercial and contractual disputes. Furqan also has testified in the city council on sensible taxi regulations, and he was featured in his alma mater law school’s Alumni Spotlight for his work with struggling taxi medallion owners in Chicago. Furqan graduated summa cum laude from Loyola University Chicago in 2008 and magna cum laude (1st in his division) from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2011, where he was selected as an Editor for the flagship Loyola Law Journal and served as the Executive Editor of Articles for the Loyola International Law Review. Furqan also received CALI awards for the highest grade in the following classes: (1) Legal Writing I; (2) Legal Writing II; (3) Law and Poverty; and (4) Legal Writing III (Advocacy).Furqan also served as the President of the Muslim Law Students Association (MLSA).

Osvaldo Rodriguez
Osvaldo Rodriguez graduated from the Chicago-Kent College of Law in 1994 and founded Osvaldo Rodriguez, PC in 2004. He is a plaintiff’s attorney with over 20 years of experience successfully representing clients in workers’ compensation and personal injury cases. He is fluent in both Spanish and English.
Boleslaw Gubernat
Boleslaw Gubernat is an experienced lawyer with an emphasis in automobile, workers compensation, medical malpractice, family law, and traffic cases. Boleslaw graduated cum laude from the John Marshall Law School, where he was a member of the Law Review and received a CALI Certificate of Excellence for Civil Procedure. His passion for law began in his native Poland, where he graduated from the University of Maria Sklodowska-Curie School of Law with an "excellent" diploma. Before becoming a licensed attorney, he worked as a paralegal, assisting in hundreds of personal injury, workers' compensation, and family law cases. Farhana Hafezi
Farhana is an Of Counsel Attorney with Mohammed, Shamaileh & Tabahi, LLC, where she specializes primarily in personal injury law, including motor vehicle accidents, slip-and-fall accidents, and pedestrian/bicycle injuries. Hailing from an extended family of taxi and rideshare drivers, Farhana has developed a niche specialty assisting commercial drivers involved in accidents. Farhana acquired her J.D. degree from the UIC John Marshall Law School. While in law school, Farhana served as President of the Corporate Law Association, Vice Chair of Diversity Affairs Committee, Student Bar Association and Treasurer of the Middle Eastern Law Student Association. Prior to joining MST Law, Farhana worked in-house at a commercial real estate investment firm where she assisted the firm acquire, manage and sell real estate assets.

Amro Shamaileh
Amro Shamaileh is an experienced corporate, estate planning and real estate lawyer who helps individuals and business clients across a broad array of industries. A description of Amro’s experiences in each practice area is set forth below. Corporate Experience: Amro serves as outside corporate counsel for a variety of businesses, including medical practices, real estate investors, software companies, supply chain companies, construction contractors, mosques and other nonprofits. From the initial decision to incorporate, to day-to-day governance, through an eventual sale or merger, Amro has been the “first call” for these clients. More specifically, Amro’s corporate experience includes the following: Corporate counsel for several medical practices throughout the Chicagoland area; Represent a mosque with over 1500 members with respect to its organizational paperwork and corporate governance; Negotiated the sale of a high revenue-generating medical practice in the Chicagoland area; and Represented a travel agency in restructuring its contracts with its vendors to more efficiently connect the agency’s customers with the vendors and limit the agency’s potential liability. Where the most efficient and effective path to resolution lies outside Amro’s experience, Amro will engage additional counsel and quarterback the division of work to ensure the clients’ goals are achieved efficiently and effectively. Amro’s estate planning experience includes the following: Assisted a high net-worth family in reducing its potential estate tax liability by hundreds of thousands through the use of a credit shelter trust; Assisted a family in protecting its family home from potential creditors and preserving the home for their children; Administered a decedent’s estate ensuring that the spouse retained her spousal right to inheritance to the exclusion of creditors; and Protected a decedent’s estate from a nearly $50,000 income tax liability by administering the estate pursuant to a plan that minimizes the aggregate tax liability of the estate and beneficiaries. Real Estate Experience: Amro helps clients invest in, own, lease, develop and dispose of commercial and residential real estate. Amro has helped close the deal for sophisticated businesses, experienced real estate investors, and first-time home buyers. Amro’s recent experience includes the following: Represented a buyer who was purchasing a four-unit residential investment property in Addison, Illinois; Represented a seller in the short sale of his commercial property, which required obtaining permission from the lender, and negotiating a dissolution or transfer of existing contracts on the property; Counseled clients in the purchases and sales of residential real estate totaling over $10 million in the aggregate. Pro Bono Experience: Amro also serves as pro bono counsel to various nonprofits, including the Hayat Clinic (a free medical clinic on Chicago’s north side) and the Palestinian Student Scholarship Fund (PSSF), which partners with Israel’s University of Haifa to award scholarships to deserving students in Palestine.

Eyad Tabahi
Eyad Tabahi has substantial experience assisting clients throughout the U.S. and abroad with various immigration matters and other legal issues. He has been recognized for his commitment to providing clients with personalized legal services to help them achieve their goals and objectives. Prior to founding Mohammed, Shamaileh & Tabahi, LLC, Eyad operated his own law firm with a focus on immigration law and commercial transactions. He advises businesses both small and large, ranging from start-ups to multi-million dollar corporations. In the immigration field, Eyad is experienced in handling family-based immigration, naturalization and citizenship, removal defense, and humanitarian relief. In the business law field, Eyad has experience handling commercial transactions related to lease agreements, vendor agreements, contract negotiations and various other matters.
Martin Michalski
Martin Michalski graduated from Marquette University with a bachelor's degree in history and English literature in 2001. He earned his law degree from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law and a certificate in Global Legal Studies from Jagiellonian University in Krakow, Poland. He is an active member of the Polish community and is fluent in Polish and French. Martin interned at the Auschwitz State Museum and began his legal practice as an intern at Gide Loyrette&Nouel, specializing in corporate law and business consulting. His passion outside of law is Military History, especially as it pertains to the plight of the Polish people throughout the centuries.
