Michael C Helbert
Michael C. Helbert has been practicing law in Emporia, Kansas for over 40 years. Originally from Salina, Kansas, he put down roots in Emporia, Kansas after graduating from the University of Kansas School of Law. He is licensed to practice in Kansas, the U.S. District Court in Kansas, the United States Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals and The United States Supreme Court. He has been the President of the Lyon-Chase County Bar Association and the Kansas Trial Lawyers Association and has been a member of the Board of Governors of the Trial Lawyers Association since 1988 and an Eagle with the same Association since 2000. He is also a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. His honors include being listed in the following: National Trial Lawyers Top 100; Who’s Who in American Law; Who’s Who in the World and most recently he was selected to be in Super Lawyers for Kansas and Missouri for 2015-2018. He has served his state and his profession by serving on the Kansas Civil Justice Initiative in 1998-1999. He has been a contributing writer to the Journal of the Kansas Trial Lawyers Association from 2005 thru 2016. He served eleven years on the school board for U.S.D. 253, and he presently is serving his fifth term as Chairman of the Emporia Recreation Commission.

Michael R Helbert
Michael R. Helbert was born and raised in Emporia, Kansas. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Kansas in 2005 and his law degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 2008. He is admitted to practice in Missouri, Arizona, and the United States District Court, District of Arizona. Mr. Helbert works with Helbert & Allemang as Of Counsel providing assistance on a wide range of legal topics. He is also the managing attorney at Helbert Law Offices, PLLC located in Scottsdale Arizona. Mr. Helbert primarily focuses his practice on estates and trusts, business development, personal injury law and general civil litigation. He has represented and continues to represent current and former professional baseball players and other professional athletes.

Brian L. Williams
Brian L. Williams is a lifetime Kansan who graduated from Missouri Western State College with a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and a minor in Legal Studies, and from the University of Kansas School of Law with his Juris Doctorate. Admitted to practice law in Kansas and the U.S. District Court in 2004, he is a member of several legal associations and focuses his practice on adoption, criminal law, child custody, civil litigation, drug defense, DUI, divorce, forfeitures, and personal injury cases.

Clark Allemang
Richard Clark Allemang, II, known as Clark, has been practicing law in Emporia, Kansas, and the surrounding area, since 2000. He graduated from Emporia High School in 1992, attended Emporia State University, graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in 1996, and completed his Juris Doctorate degree from the Washburn University School of Law in May of 2000. Prior to joining Helbert & Allemang in August of 2004, Clark was a prosecutor for the State of Kansas through the Lyon County Attorney’s Office. He is currently licensed to practice in Kansas, the U.S. District Court in Kansas, the United States Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. Clark is a past President of the Lyon-Chase County Bar Association and an active member of the Kansas Association for Justice. His honors include being named one of the Ten Best Attorneys in Kansas for Client Satisfaction by the American Institute of Family Law Attorneys. He currently serves as the Municipal Court for the city of Americus, Kansas. Clark serves his community through his role as a member of the Board of Directors for the Emporia Area Chamber of Commerce and as the current President of the TRYSA Soccer Association in Emporia. He also serves as the President for the Emporia Soccer Academy Board. Clark is a member of the Arab Temple Shrine, where he has been an active member for over twenty-three years.
