Adam T. Wolfe
Managing partner Adam Wolfe has been selected for inclusion in Pennsylvania Super Lawyers since 2021 and was selected into Pennsylvania Rising Stars from 2010 to 2020. In addition, he is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, having secured multiple seven-figure settlements for our clients. He has been selected as a Top 100 Pennsylvania Civil Plaintiff Trial Lawyer for 2017-2025 and previously as a Top 40 Under 40 in the State of Pennsylvania by The National Trial Lawyers. For the past five years, Mr. Wolfe has been selected as a Super Lawyer after eleven consecutive years as a Super Lawyers Rising Star (by Pennsylvania Super Lawyers and Philadelphia Magazine). Mr. Wolfe began his career as an associate with Shollenberger & Januzzi, became a partner in January 2009, and was named Managing Partner in July 2012. Mr. Wolfe is a 2002 graduate of York College and received his Juris Doctor degree from Widener University School of Law in 2005, where he was an academic fellow and served on the Widener Law Journal. He served as a legal intern for Philadelphia Safe and Sound. Mr. Wolfe is a frequent lecturer for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and National Business Institute, educating other lawyers on automobile accident law and civil litigation. He also teaches seminars for the Pennsylvania Association for Justice and is a guest lecturer at Widener University School of Law. He is the co-author of a chapter in the Pennsylvania Bar Institute publication Fee Agreements in Pennsylvania. Mr. Wolfe is on the executive committee for the Board of Governors of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice and a long-serving member of the Advisory Board for the Penn State Hershey Children’s Miracle Network. He coordinates the giving and volunteering program at Shollenberger, Januzzi & Wolfe, LLP. Mr. Wolfe is a member of the American Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Dauphin County and Cumberland County Bar Associations, the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives, and the Pennsylvania Association for Justice. He is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania. Mr. Wolfe was born and raised in Selinsgrove and currently resides in Mechanicsburg with his wife, Jill, and son, Declan.

Timothy A. Shollenberger
Founding partner Timothy Shollenberger has practiced law since 1981 and is a past president of the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, now known as the Pennsylvania Association for Justice. He is also a recognized authority on Pennsylvania auto insurance law and other aspects of personal injury practice. Mr. Shollenberger lives in Mechanicsburg with his wife, Marissa, and their children, Ryan and Jessica. He graduated summa cum laude from Dickinson College in 1978 and then attained his J.D. from the Dickinson School of Law in 1981. He has been continuously licensed to practice law since October 27, 1981. Mr. Shollenberger has been selected for admission into both the Million and Multi-Million Dollar Advocate Forums. Attorney Shollenberger has attained a well-earned reputation as a staunch advocate for his clients, trying personal injury cases to verdict in seven different counties and the Middle District of Pennsylvania, and arbitrating many more cases across the Commonwealth. He has successfully handled major cases for injured motorists and motorcyclists, as well as people injured because of medical malpractice and defective products, achieving numerous six-figure settlements and seven-figure settlements in 2003, 2005, and 2011. He has a referral practice where other attorneys refer personal injury cases to him. Mr. Shollenberger has also attained statewide recognition for his work in educating other attorneys, lecturing for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute on personal injury law and co-authoring "Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle Insurance, An Analysis of the Financial Responsibility Law" and "Pennsylvania Personal Injury Subrogation Handbook". He served as President of the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association from 2000-2001 and received the Milton D. Rosenberg Award and the Community Service Award. He is active in the local community, serving on committees for the American Heart Association and conducting mock trials, for which he received a Citation from the Pennsylvania House of Representatives and the Volunteer of the Year Award from the United Way Capital Region. Attorney Shollenberger is a member of the Pennsylvania, Cumberland, and Dauphin County Bar Associations as well as the Pennsylvania and American Association for Justice.

Kris Januzzi
Kris Januzzi is an associate attorney at Shollenberger, Januzzi & Wolfe, LLP. He is known as a thorough and determined trial attorney who brings a client-serviced approach to his practice. Mr. Januzzi resides in Mechanicsburg with his wife, Christine, and children, Nathaniel and Cora. He graduated from King’s College in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania in 2005, which earned him a partial scholarship to Pace University School of Law, where he graduated in 2008. During law school, Mr. Januzzi sharpened his trial skills as a member on various moot court competitions, including representing Pace Law at the International Environmental Moot Court Competition. Prior to joining Shollenberger, Januzzi & Wolfe, Mr. Januzzi began his legal career at a small but busy law firm in Wilkes-Barre, focusing on personal injury, workers’ compensation, and family law matters. He then worked in-house for a large insurance company for over 6 years, defending workers’ compensation claims. This experience working for the defense has been invaluable, providing deep insight into how insurance companies strategize and build their defense, which Mr. Januzzi now utilizes on behalf of injury victims. In his free time, Mr. Januzzi enjoys spending time with his family and engaging in outdoor activities in central Pennsylvania and beyond.

Karl J. Januzzi
Karl Januzzi has earned a reputation as one of central Pennsylvania’s outstanding attorneys in workers’ compensation cases. He also has extensive experience in automobile accident and wrongful death cases. Mr. Januzzi and his wife, Betty, live in Harrisburg. He is the father of three children, Kris, Tracy, and Allie. Mr. Januzzi graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and Economics from King’s College, Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, in 1976. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Widener University School of Law, Harrisburg, PA, in 1992. He was a founding member of the Widener Journal of Public Law, 1991-92, and the Journal’s Circulation Manager and member of its Administrative Board, 1991-92. Mr. Januzzi began his career as an associate attorney with Meyers, Desfor, and Shollenberger in 1992. In 1993, he joined Mr. Shollenberger as an Associate attorney at the Law Offices of Timothy A. Shollenberger. In 1997, he and Mr. Shollenberger formed Shollenberger & Januzzi. He was co-editor of “Update of Pennsylvania Auto Insurance Issues”, Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association Annual Update of the Law. Mr. Januzzi has also been chosen as a lecturer for the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, educating other attorneys about the 1996 amendments to the state’s Workers’ compensation Law. Mr. Januzzi has earned a reputation as one of the region’s outstanding attorneys in workers’ compensation cases. He also has extensive experience in automobile accident and slip and fall injury cases. Mr. Januzzi has been certified as a specialist in the practice of workers’ compensation law by the Pennsylvania Bar Association Section on Workers’ Compensation Law as authorized by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Dauphin County Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, and the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Political Action Committee. He is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.

Alexandra D. Sholley
Alexandra D. Sholley started with the firm as a legal assistant while attending evening classes to obtain her law degree. She also served as staff and editor of Widener Commonwealth Law Review. She earned multiple CALI Awards which recognizes the top student in each class. She graduated Cum Laude and received the Legal Research and Writing Award of her graduating class. Ms. Sholley was born and raised in Middleburg, Pennsylvania, and currently lives with her husband and daughter in Lewisburg. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from George Mason University, majoring in Global Affairs with a minor in Business, graduating Magna Cum Laude in 2013. In 2014, Ms. Sholley began attending evening classes at Widener University Commonwealth Law School while working as a Legal Assistant at Shollenberger Januzzi & Wolfe. While in law school, Ms. Sholley was a Research Assistant on the Harper James & Gray on Torts treatise and served as an Academic Success Fellow for Property and Civil Procedure courses. She served as a staff member of the Widener Commonwealth Law Review during the 2016-2017 school year and as the Symposium/Pennsylvania Law Editor during her last year of law school. In 2017, she was a guest speaker at the Pennsylvania Orthopedic Society’s Scientific Meeting. Ally graduated Cum Laude in May 2018 and received the Legal Research and Writing Award of the 2018 graduating class. After practicing in Personal Injury for approximately 1.5 years, Ms. Sholley worked for the Honorable Ryan M. Tira in the Lycoming County Court of Common Pleas for two years, then returned to Personal Injury. She serves as the Guardian ad Litem for Union & Snyder Co. dependency matters. Ms. Sholley was selected as a 2024 and 2025 Super Lawyers Pennsylvania Rising Star, a 2025 40 Under 40 award recipient published by The Daily Item, and a recipient of the 2025 Paving the Way award. Madison E. Hart
Madison “Maddy” Hart is an Associate Attorney with Shollenberger Januzzi & Wolfe, LLP. She has been with the firm since law school, half a decade, and brings intangibles valued by the firm and clients, with her work ethic and demeanor contributing to successful results. Ms. Hart graduated from the Pennsylvania State University, University Park, in 2017 with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a minor in Sociology, where she was a Pi Sigma Alpha, the National Political Science Honor Society member. In 2020, she received her Juris Doctor from Widener University Commonwealth Law School. During her time in law school, Ms. Hart worked as a law clerk and legal assistant for Shollenberger Januzzi & Wolfe, LLP. In her free time, Ms. Hart enjoys watching sports, traveling, boxing, and spending time with her husband, Jacob, and their dogs.
