After graduation, she served as a law clerk for the Honorable David C. Stewart of the Alaska Court of Appeals, where she worked extensively on complex criminal law issues. Amy then practiced as an Associate at Zimmerman & Wallace, gaining broad experience in civil litigation. She later co-founded Downes & Tallerico Law Firm, LLC, which grew into Downes, Tallerico & Schwalm Law Firm, LLC. That firm eventually became Golden Heart Law, LLC, which Amy now proudly owns and operates. Amy has successfully recovered millions of dollars in settlements and verdicts for clients who have suffered serious injuries or lost loved ones in wrongful death cases, holding responsible parties accountable and securing meaningful results for her clients. She is admitted to practice in both Alaska State Court and Federal District Court and is a member of the Alaska Bar Association. Outside the office, Amy enjoys spending time with her family, coaching youth hockey, and being at her family cabins.

Jason Doxey
Jason Doxey is a Fairbanks native who began his legal career in 2003 working as a paralegal at a private law office in Fairbanks. Upon completing his undergraduate studies in Anthropology at the University of Alaska-Fairbanks, Jason entered law school. Within months of returning to Fairbanks in early 2009 with a law degree from the University of Maine School of Law, Jason was admitted to practice law in Alaska. After working for his previous employer as an associate attorney for a few years, Jason teamed up with Dave Burglin to form Burglin & Doxey, PC in 2012. Jason is admitted to practice in both state and federal courts. He specializes in the areas of personal injury, domestic relations, criminal defense, and probate. Jason takes his oath to support the U.S. Constitution and the Constitution of the State of Alaska seriously and is a staunch supporter of the free exercise of First and Second Amendment rights.

Eric K. Ringstad graduated from Stonehill College in Easton, Massachusetts with a Bachelor of Business Administration where he played collegiate tennis. He earned his Juris Doctor from Gonzaga University School of Law. During Law School, Eric was an intern for Clapp Peterson Tiemessen Thorsness & Johnson LLC and for the Honorable Justice Daniel E. Winfree of the Alaska Supreme Court. Prior to undergraduate and law school, Eric grew up in Fairbanks where he played tennis, hockey, and soccer. He is a member of the Alaska Bar Association. Eric has deep roots in the Fairbanks legal community and has spent his life growing up around law. Eric's parents each have spent the majority of their lives practicing law in the community of Fairbanks, with his uncle serving as the Chief Alaskan Supreme Court Justice, and now his brother practicing law in the Fairbanks community.
