Attorney Dan Parks earned his Bachelor's Degree from UW-Madison in 1985, double majoring in Economics and Political Science. He obtained his J.D. from Drake Law School in 1991, and since then has been serving clients in Criminal Defense, Family Law, and Personal Injury. He has successfully handled felony and misdemeanor jury trials, as well as court trials in other matters. Anthony L. O'Malley
Anthony L. O’Malley was born in Madison, Wisconsin. After serving in the United States Navy during the Vietnam era, he graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Lacrosse in 1982 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics with a minor in Psychology. He joined Zacherl, O’Malley & Endejan, S.C. after graduating from Mississippi College School of Law in 1985. He previously served as an assistant city attorney for Fond du Lac. His practice areas include OWI, traffic matters, worker’s compensation, personal injuries, property damage claims, employment disputes, consumer protection, criminal defense, and general trial practice. He is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Wisconsin Association for Justice, the Wisconsin Association of Worker’s Compensation Attorneys, and the Fond du Lac County Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in the federal courts for both the Eastern District and Western District of Wisconsin.

Everett O'Malley
Everett O’Malley was raised in Oakfield, Wisconsin. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Geography. He graduated Cum Laude from the University of Maine School of Law in 2021. During law school, he was an articles editor for the Ocean and Coastal Law Journal and interned at Unum Insurance. He also worked as a student attorney at the Cumberland Legal Aid Clinic in Maine and the Wisconsin State Public Defender’s Office. He joined Zacherl, O’Malley & Endejan, S.C. in 2021. He is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and the Fond du Lac County Bar Association.
