George C. Creal, Esq.

George Creal is a trial lawyer who has been practicing law in the Metro-Atlanta area for over 32 years. He brings a broad range of experience to the court room. He was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, graduated from Druid Hills High School, has attended North Avenue Presbyterian Church for over 40 years, and received both his college degree and legal degree from the University of Georgia. Upon graduation from Law School in 1993, he served as staff attorney for a State Superior Court Judge in Clayton County and interned for Judge at the United State District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. He worked for two years as a litigation associate for a mid-sized insurance defense firm. George has taken numerous personal injury cases, employment law cases and workers compensation cases to trial in both State and Federal Court. Further, George has tried close to one hundred criminal jury trials in both State and Superior Courts. He enjoys cycling, tennis and spending time with family and friends when not in the courtroom.

J. Christopher York

J. Christopher York is an 'Of Counsel' attorney at George & Wallach, L.L.L.P., specializing in workers' compensation and personal injury law. He holds an undergraduate degree in Economics, an MBA in Accounting, and a J.D. from Emory University School of Law (1993). Prior to law, he worked in the banking industry and served in the Peace Corps. He clerked for a U.S. District Judge and practiced business law before joining the firm in 2008.

H. Emily George is an Emeritus attorney at George & Wallach, L.L.L.P., specializing in Workers' Compensation and Social Security Disability Law. A magna cum laude graduate of Florida State University and a 1978 graduate of the University of Georgia Law School, she has held numerous leadership positions in legal associations, including Section Chair of the State Bar of Georgia Workers' Compensation Section. She is a Fellow of the American Bar Association's College of Workers' Compensation Lawyers, the American Bar Foundation, and the Lawyers' Foundation of Georgia.

Daniela Martinez

Daniela Martinez, originally from Puerto Rico, is an Associate Attorney with a passion for justice. She graduated from East Carolina University with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. She interned at the District Attorney’s Office and served four years as a Victim Witness Legal Assistant in Union County, North Carolina. She discovered personal injury law in law school, where she was a Student Ambassador, Vice President of the Public Interest Law Society, Director of the Peer Mentoring Program, ABA student representative, and Kaplan representative. She joined NSLF as an intern, transitioned to Legal Assistant, and was promoted to Associate Attorney after passing the Georgia Bar Exam.

Brittany Larcart

Brittany Larcart is a personal injury attorney dedicated to serving others. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Valdosta State University and worked as a quality control analytical chemist and laboratory manager before earning her Juris Doctorate from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School. She received the Spring 2020 CALI Excellence for the Future Award for Advanced Evidence. She has over four years of experience assisting injured persons and is a member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association.

Alex Brian Wallach
