Steven M. Ballin
Attorney Ballin founded the firm in 1981 and has overseen its continued growth during the last quarter-century, during which time he has enjoyed a successful career representing the victims of personal injury. He has built his practice through referrals because his clients have not only valued his successful results, but they have valued the time he took to understand them and how their injuries have effected their lives at home and at work. He never gives up, turns over every rock and looks at every angle until he finds a successful approach and strategy. As a result he has won almost every trial and arbitration he has been involved in and has collected tens of millions of dollars for his clients. His approach is the same, whether he is working on a multimillion dollar case or a rear end motor vehicle accident resulting in a sprained neck or back: be compassionate, be innovative and be results-oriented. Attorney Ballin has served as an arbitrator on accident cases and as a Governor on the Board of Governors of the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys. He has lectured throughout the Commonwealth to trial attorneys and to police officers, and has written and published widely on the subject of personal injury. He helped found and coach the Sharon High School Mock Trial team.
