Nicholas W Ktenas was born and raised in the southern suburbs of Chicago. He was a former prosecutor and a 711 Licensed Law Clerk for the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Northern Illinois University College of Law and was admitted to the Illinois Bar in 2017. Nick focuses his practice in residential real estate, commercial real estate, and criminal law.

Alexander Ktenas grew up in the south suburbs of Chicago. He primarily focuses on criminal defense and DUI defense. As a former prosecutor with the Cook County State's Attorney, he has years of experience handling felony, misdemeanor, DUI, and traffic cases. He has successfully conducted hundreds of trials and is known for his aggressive trial strategy and knowledge of the law.

For over 25 years, Attorney David Thomas has practiced in the area of personal injury law. He is a former insurance defense attorney with firsthand knowledge of the insurance carriers' defense tactics.

Founding Partner Patrick S. Sullivan, a magna cum laude graduate of Eastern Illinois University and IIT Chicago-Kent College of Law, specializes in estate planning, probate, trust administration, guardianship, elder law, real estate, and corporate law. He previously worked as an escrow closer and associate at another law firm, and is known for building strong client relationships and educating them on estate planning needs.

Thomas W. Toolis

Founding Partner Thomas W. Toolis, a Chicago native and University of Illinois at Chicago accounting graduate, earned his Juris Doctor from Kent College of Law. He specializes in bankruptcy, corporate law, and real estate, having discharged over $50 million in debt and aided over 500 corporations. Thomas also focuses on estate planning, including special needs and life insurance trusts, and previously served as President of the Orland Park Area Chamber of Commerce.
