Christopher Perez

Christopher Perez is a personal injury trial lawyer, who has zealously advocated the interests of several thousand accident victims, since becoming an attorney in 2005. As a child, he and his immediate family members were involved in a devastating truck accident, in which he lost his older brother to a spinal cord injury. In 2009, the Supreme Court of New Jersey appointed Mr. Perez to the Supreme Court Ethics Committee, District VC-Essex County, and he served on the Ethics Committee from 2009 to 2013. Mr. Perez has argued cases before the New Jersey Appellate Division as well as the Disciplinary Review Board of the Supreme Court of the State of New Jersey.

Robert A. Hanna

Robert A. Hanna, Esq., is a founding member and the managing partner of Hanna Perez, P.C., where he focuses exclusively on representing the seriously injured in personal injury matters. Since Robert was a young boy, his biggest hero in life was his dad. Robert was born in New York City, but grew up in the Heights section of Jersey City. As a boy, Robert worked closely with his dad at the family business in New York City, where he learned the value of working hard for your family. Although Robert’s father never had the opportunity to go to college, he always impressed upon Robert the importance of education. He inspired Robert to become a lawyer, and proudly stood by his side when Robert opened his own law practice at the young age of 26. Then the unspeakable occurred-Robert’s father was involved in a terrible car accident, and within moments of the horrific crash, he lost his life. From the depths of this profound loss, Robert found a deepened sense of purpose and inspiration, to help people who have been the victim of unfortunate accidents. Robert has always been a fighter, and at the age of 9, he began training and competing in the sport of boxing. His experiences in boxing gave him a fearless determination to face any opponent, no matter how strong or skilled. Robert is currently actively involved in cycling, as an amateur cyclist, licensed by USA Cycling. He enjoys competing in cycling events and triathlons all over the tri-state area. Robert also loves basketball and has served year after year as the coach of multiple men’s teams in amateur leagues across New Jersey and New York. Robert currently resides in Bergen County, where he has resided for over 35 years.

Jennifer F. Wynn

Jennifer offers a high-level expertise in no-fault PIP matters to obtain the highest possible recovery for her clients. Prior to attending law school, Jennifer worked as a paralegal in New York City, handling corporate litigation matters. During law school, Jennifer had an externship with the in-house counsel department of a multinational conglomerate where she assisted with data privacy, complex agreements, and compliance with advertising laws. After graduating law school, Jennifer continued her career at Melvin D. Marx, P.A., as an attorney handling no-fault PIP arbitration matters. She was fortunate to gain expertise from Melvin D. Marx, Esq., who had been representing clients since 1968. He is a well-known personal injury litigator and a pioneer in the arbitration of no-fault PIP matters in New Jersey. In early 2019, Melvin D. Marx, P.A., merged with Hanna Perez, P.C., and Jennifer joined the team at Hanna Perez, P.C. Jennifer enjoys traveling, practicing yoga, playing tennis, and spending time with her family.

Francheska Martinez

Francheska Martinez, Esq. is an attorney with Hanna | Perez, PC who represents accident victims who have been injured in motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall and dog bite incidents. Joseph J. Gianetti

Louis M. Gerbino
