Ralph E. Elliott

Ralph Elliott has been engaged in the practice of law in Freeport, Illinois since 1981. He graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign College of Liberal Arts and Sciences with a Bachelor of Science Degree, Summa Cum Laude, earning Phi Beta Kappa recognition in 1978. He graduated from the University of Illinois College of Law in 1981. Ralph completed the intensive mediation training program with Northwestern University’s School of Continuing Studies in September of 2012. Ralph is admitted to the practice of law in the state of Illinois, the federal courts for the Northern District of Illinois (including the Trial Bar), the Central District of Illinois, and the Federal Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. He is a member of the Stephenson County Bar Association (in which he has served as both President and Secretary), the Winnebago County Bar Association and the Illinois State Bar Association. Ralph chairs the Judicial Liaison Committee of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit and serves on the Mandatory Continuing Legal Education Committee for the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit. He is engaged in a broad range of community service and has served on the Board of Directors of the Freeport Community Foundation, YMCA of Northwest Illinois, Freeport Noon Rotary Board of Directors, the Freeport Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and the Chamber Ambassadors, the St. Thomas Church Parish Council (Past President), and the Boards of Directors of Assault and Abuse Services and Malcolm Eaton Enterprises. Ralph and his wife, Mary, have two children, one grandson and have lived in Freeport since 1981.

Zachary Townsend

The founding attorney of Pro Legal Care LLC is Zachary Townsend, who started the law firm based on principles of protecting your rights and giving back to the community. Zach has been a licensed attorney in Illinois since 2011 and in Wisconsin since 2012. Zach focuses his practice in divorce, family law, custody, complex paternity matters, LGBTQIA+ family law matters, and orders of protection.

Bridget C. Trainor

Bridget Trainor has practiced law in Freeport, Illinois since returning to her home community in 2007. She graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree with highest distinction from the University of Iowa in Iowa City in 2003. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Iowa College of Law in 2007 where she was admitted to the Law Review. Bridget completed the intensive mediation training program through Northwestern University's School of Continuing Studies. She is an approved mediator by the Courts of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit in Illinois. She is admitted to practice law in both the state courts in Illinois and the federal courts for the Northern District of Illinois. Bridget is active in her community. She is past President of the Freeport Noon Kiwanis Club and serves on its Youth Services Committee. Bridget is a member of the Greater Freeport Partnership’s Women’s Enrichment Network. She is President of the Stephenson County Bar Association (former Treasurer). She is a member of the Winnebago County Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, and serves as the chairperson of the Mandatory Continuing Legal Education Committee for the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit in Illinois. Bridget (along with her spouse) was the Leadership Giving Chair for the 2018-19 United Way of Northwest Illinois campaign. She formerly served on the Board of Directors for the Boys & Girls Club of Freeport and Stephenson County (2008-2012), the Board of Directors of the Freeport Area Chamber of Commerce (2011-2016; Chair 2015), the Freeport Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors (2007-2012; President 2011), and the Lincoln Douglas 5K Race Committee (2009-2016). Bridget also serves as a member of the Freeport Community Public School fund. Bridget resides in Freeport with her husband, Peter Servatius, and their two children.

Christina M. Weller

Christina Weller earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Iowa College of Law in 2018. She received a degree in Agribusiness, Cum Laude, upon graduating from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo in 2015. While in law school, Christina was a member of the Jessup International Moot Court team. In addition, Christina was a student attorney in the Clinical Law program, focusing on estate planning and general litigation. She also has completed legal internships at Vermeer Corporation and Michigan Farm Bureau. Christina is admitted to practice law in the state courts of Illinois and the federal courts for the Northern District of Illinois. She is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, the Stephenson County Bar Association where she serves as Secretary, and the Stephenson County Farm Bureau. Her service to the community includes membership in the Young Leaders group of the Stephenson County Farm Bureau and she served as a Voting Delegate from Stephenson County at the Illinois Farm Bureau Annual Meetings for 2019 through 2023. She currently serves on the State Young Leader Committee for the Illinois Farm Bureau as the Chair of the Governmental Affairs and Commodities Subcommittee. She served on the 2019-2020 class of the Leadership Institute at Highland College. Christina is a member of the Young Professionals Network (YPN) for the Greater Freeport Partnership. She is a member of the Board of Directors of the Freeport Noon Kiwanis Club and serves on the Youth Services Committee. Growing up in a small town, Christina was involved all four years of high school with her local FFA chapter. She showed livestock at the county fair, attended leadership conferences, received her state degree, and competed in career development events, such as agronomy and horticulture. During undergraduate school, Christina was the Chairman of the State FFA finals for Agronomy. In addition, she had internships at ValleyCrest (now BrightView) and at a regional fair. Christina is excited to work with clients in the areas of agriculture, agribusiness, business and commercial law matters, estate planning, real estate, banking, and litigation. She works to meet the legal needs of farmers, businesses, and individuals in northwest Illinois. Christina lives with her husband and dog, Rex, in Freeport, Illinois.

Aisha Moe-Lindvall

Attorney Aisha Moe-Lindvall joined the Pro Legal Care LLC team in 2025. She has been licensed to practice law in both Wisconsin and Illinois since 2024. Attorney Moe-Lindvall earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 2024 and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2019. Aisha previously served as an intern for Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice Jill Karofsky. She also advocated for unrepresented family law litigants while participating in the Family Court Clinic while in law school. Prior to law school, Aisha taught high school math. Bryan Stevenson’s Just Mercy, the story of a young attorney’s personal experience helping people navigate the sometimes unnecessarily complicated legal system through the Equal Justice Initiative, was one of Aisha’s inspirations to become an attorney. Attorney Moe-Lindvall lives in Rockford, where she enjoys spending time with her family, baking, and playing chess. She focuses her practice in family law.

Abigayle J. Endress

Abigayle (Abby) Endress grew up in Pearl City, Illinois. She graduated from Highland Community College in 2018. In 2020, she received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agricultural Leadership, Education, and Communications from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She earned her Juris Doctor from Drake University Law School in 2023, with a certificate in Food and Agricultural Law. While in law school, Abby was selected as a teaching assistant for an introductory legal research course and worked as a student attorney in the Drake Legal Clinic. She was also a member of Drake Law Women, Drake Agriculture and Environmental Association, and Drake Journal of Agricultural Law. Abby has completed internships with the Stephenson County Farm Bureau, Illinois Corn, Illinois Department of Agriculture, Compeer Financial, and United States Department of Agriculture. Abby is admitted to practice law in the state courts of Illinois. She is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, Stephenson County Bar Association, Stephenson County Farm Bureau, Highland Community College Mentor Program, and volunteers at the Pearl City food pantry. Abby resides in Pearl City, Illinois. In her spare time, she enjoys helping on her family’s beef and grain farm and exploring local shops and restaurants throughout the region.
