Lyle B. Masnikoff

The firm is led by Mr. Lyle B. Masnikoff, who has received an “A.V. Preeminent” Rating, the highest possible rating a lawyer can receive from the Martindale-Hubbell Legal Directory. He graduated cum laude from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law School in 1998 and also holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Nova Southeastern University. Mr. Masnikoff has represented thousands of clients throughout Florida, handling Final Hearings, Trials, Mediations, and depositions. He is a member of the Florida Bar and admitted to practice in the Middle and North Districts of the Federal Circuit Courts in Florida.

Charles Wade

Charles Wade is an attorney in the firm’s Workers Compensation Division. He graduated from Florida Southern College in 2005 and Barry University School of Law in 2013, where he was the Executive Editor of Environmental Law Journal. Since joining the firm in 2014, Charles has exclusively represented injured workers, achieving a high success rate in trials. He is a member of the Robert McAliley Inns of Court, the Palm Beach Chapter of the Sons of the American Revolution, and the National Huguenot Society.

Kevin R. Davies

Attorney Kevin R. Davies heads the firm’s PIP division. He graduated magna cum laude from the University at Albany (SUNY) in 2003 and obtained his Juris Doctor from Tulane University Law School in 2007. A combat veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom, Mr. Davies has extensive experience working for insurance defense firms, which he now uses to benefit his clients. He is a member in good standing with the Florida Bar.

Shakayle Grant

Shakayle Grant is an associate in the firm’s Workers’ Compensation Division. She graduated from Florida Atlantic University and received her Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2015. While in law school, she clerked for Jacksonville Area Legal Aid, the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, and the State Attorney’s Office, and participated in legal clinics. Before joining the firm, Ms. Grant practiced criminal defense and landlord-tenant law. She is a member in good standing with the Florida Bar.
