Gregory K. Simmons
Our founder, Gregory K. Simmons, was raised in a military household in Killeen, Texas. He received his undergraduate degree from Tarleton State University in Stephenville, Texas, and his law degree from Thurgood Marshall School of Law in Houston, Texas. After law school, Attorney Simmons worked as an Assistant Attorney General in the United States Virgin Islands and then for the U.S. Army's Judge Advocate General Corps. He was serving at the Pentagon in the Office of the Army's General Counsel when the United States was attacked on September 11, 2001. At that time, he decided to leave the military, return home to Killeen, and open The Law Offices of Gregory K. Simmons, P.C. Attorney Simmons has a no-fear attitude and will fight until justice prevails!

Brent T. Sykora
Attorney Brent T. Sykora has a wealth of experience in the legal realm, stemming firstly from his First Chair litigation experience in both federal and state courts, administrative hearings, and ADR proceedings. Particularly skilled in family law, Brent has worked extensively with divorces, SAPCRs (child custody), SAPCR modifications, child support calculation and modification, IV-D hearings, annulments, and adoption cases.

Paul S. Harrell
Attorney Paul S. Harrell served eight years in the United States Marine Corps, including a combat tour in Iraq. He brings this experience to the courtroom, zealously defending clients in municipal court bench trials and felony jury trials. He has also served as lead counsel in civil jury trials, including contested custody cases, where his firm secured jury verdicts in favor of their clients. Paul is a member of the College of the State Bar and a graduate of the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyer Association Trial College, demonstrating his dedication to honing his legal skills.
N.J. Gaunt
Nicholas J. Gaunt has been licensed as an attorney and mediator in Texas since 2009. He has practiced family law and criminal defense extensively in Bell, Coryell, Lampasas, & Milam, as well as Collin, Dallas, Denton, Travis, and Bexar County. Beginning in 1994 and continuing after college graduation from the University of Texas at Austin, N.J. spent nearly fifteen years in emergency services as both a paid & a volunteer first responder in both fire response/EMS and law enforcement.

Jeff Linick
With a background in business and finance prior to going to law school, Mr. Linick worked for several years in the insurance industry with USAA, a company closely associated with the armed services. After graduating from law school third in his class of 225 Mr. Linick worked in Michigan as in-house counsel in the areas of employment and contract law and in 2010 returned to Texas to open his own solo practice.

Marcus D. Beaudin
Marcus Beaudin grew up in a military household in El Paso, Texas. He graduated from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas, in 2005 with a bachelor's degree in political science and a minor in philosophy. Marcus graduated from Baylor Law School in 2008 with a Juris Doctor with concentrations in Probate Law and Business Law. While in law school, he was a member of Phi Alpha Delta and interned as a law clerk for the Texas Court of Appeals in Corpus Christi, Texas. Since being licensed by the State Bar of Texas in 2008, Marcus has practiced law in central Texas and represented clients in various practice areas. Marcus Beaudin has over 15 years of experience providing zealous advocacy for our clients in Civil Trial Law, Family Law, Criminal Defense, Probate Law, and Appellate Law.
