Shalondra Grandberry Pickford

Shalondra Grandberry Pickford is the founding attorney and owner of Pickford Law. Her practice focuses on Social Security disability, Veterans’ disability and Car and Trucking accidents. Prior to founding Pickford Law, Shalondra worked as an Associate Attorney at Memphis’ most prominent Social Security disability firm. She later joined a personal injury firm where she oversaw the Social Security practice area and handled personal injury claims until hanging out her own shingle in March 2017. Prior to beginning her career in the law, Shalondra previously worked for the Social Security Administration as a claims representative for both programs, Social Security Disability (SSDI) and Supplemental Security Income (SSI). Attorney Pickford is licensed to practice in the States of Tennessee and Arkansas. Additionally, Shalondra is a wife and mother. She enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with family and friends.

Kevin A. Snider

Kevin Snider founded Snider & Horner in 1996. Since that time, he has overseen the firm’s continued growth and expansion from an office of two attorneys to an office of nine employees, with four attorneys. He concentrates his practice where he started as a new attorney, representing local Memphis and Shelby County consumers who are defrauded by businesses or other individuals. He is also an active and experienced litigation attorney in both civil and criminal matters. In his spare time, Kevin is either training with the Fayette County Technical Rescue Squad (a regional volunteer rescue squad) as its Commander or relaxing at his pool with his son, fiancé, and their two dogs, Stella and Tula.

Jayniece Higgins Harris

Jayniece Higgins Harris’ serves the firm as an attorney, providing guidance to the firm in the practice areas of personal injury, uncontested divorce, and estate planning. She provides critical training and oversight to the firm to ensure that each client’s case is handled with the utmost care. Jayniece graduated from the University of Memphis, Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law, and has always had one focus: “Make sure that your clients are treated the way you want your family to be treated.” From then on, she has made sure she has fought for others that may not have any one else to fight for them. During her tenure as an Assistant Public Defender, Jayniece handled caseloads ranging from misdemeanors to felonies and was the Public Defender Division Leader of the Mental Health Court in General Sessions Criminal Court Division 9. Prior to being a Public Defender, Jayniece worked for a nationwide personal injury law firm where she handled slip and fall, dog bite, and negligent security cases. Jayniece also serves as a part-time Commissioner for the Civil Service Commission for the City of Memphis, a City board that conducts hearings to review disciplinary actions, limited to suspensions, dismissals, or demotions of specific Memphis City employees. She is licensed in Tennessee and is currently awaiting Arkansas licensure. Jayniece enjoys spending time with her family and playing video games in her spare time.

Tim F. Watson, Jr.

Tim Watson, Jr. is a graduate of the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville Law School, and spent a visiting third year at the University of Texas in Austin. He returned to Arkansas in 2011 to join his father's firm. He is licensed in Arkansas and California, and holds a license to practice in any federal district. He is a trial attorney with a history of success in civil litigation, specializing in contractual disputes and representing personal injury victims in Northwest Arkansas. He has formed MGW Law Partners in Fayetteville, which is partnered with Watson & Watson.

Erin M. Shea

Erin Shea is a litigation attorney with Snider and Horner, PLLC. She devotes her practice to handling all types of personal injury claims, including car wrecks, injuries resulting from dangerous conditions on commercial properties, and negligent security. Erin assists with other attorneys at the firm representing the Memphis Fire Fighters Association Local 1784 and assists Union Members with on-the-job injury and line-of-duty disability claims and the defense of disciplinary cases. In this role, Erin also maintains open lines of communication with government entities and agencies, advocating for her clients and creating “win-win” solutions to problems, big and small. Before joining Snider & Horner, Erin worked in the insurance defense industry for many years and utilizes that experience to maximize results for her clients.

Todd C. Watson

Todd C. Watson is a graduate of the George Washington University Law School, holding a master’s degree from New York University and a bachelor’s degree from Rhodes College. He has been practicing law in Arkansas since 2013 and Tennessee since 2015. He is an experienced trial attorney focusing on real estate, real property, probate and estate administration, and family law. He is an active member of groups promoting conservation and sustainable agriculture, co-founded and directs Delta Conservation, and serves as a trustee of the Arkansas Bar Association and a judge advocate with the Arkansas Army National Guard, holding the rank of Major.

Gail W. Horner

Gail Horner is an attorney who helped build Snider and Horner into what it is today. After a long and successful career, she now serves as Of Counsel to the firm, joining the legal team when her expertise is needed. She is also a Tennessee Rule 31 Listed Family and General Civil Mediator. Gail is a native Tennessean, having grown up in Giles County. She received her B.S. in Education cum laude from Memphis State University in 1976. After returning to the Memphis area when her husband completed his service as an officer with the United States Navy, she earned her law degree at the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law in 1996. Ms. Horner is admitted to practice before all the courts in the State of Tennessee, the U.S. District Court and U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Tennessee, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. In her spare time, she loves spending time by the pool with her family and grandchildren.
