Keith F. Diaz

Attorney Keith F. Diaz has over 22 years of litigation experience. He began his legal career in 2003 as a prosecutor in Rockingham County, then expanded to civil litigation in 2005, practicing personal injury, real estate, and employment law. He founded Apis Law in March 2022. He has experience in various courts, including the New Hampshire Supreme Court and Federal District Court. He is also the Vice Chair of the NH Bar Public Protection Fund and the Town of New Boston School District Moderator.

Valerie Bird is an accomplished professional with a diverse career history spanning legal and administrative roles. She has served as Executive Assistant to the President at Saint Anselm College and worked as a Paralegal at a law office in Rye, New Hampshire, and the Rockingham County Attorney’s Office. Her experience also includes roles as Planning Board Assistant and Zoning Board of Adjustment Clerk for the Town of New Boston. She holds an Associate's Degree in Paralegal Studies and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Hesser College.
