Attorney W. Stacy Miller II is the founder of Miller Law Group, PLLC, one of the premier law firms in Raleigh, North Carolina. Eric Doggett

Mr. Doggett actively practices in both federal and state courts, his focus being on personal injury, auto accidents etc.

Bruce Berger

Bruce Berger began his law practice in Charleston, West Virginia, in 1980, initially defending doctors, hospitals, and insurance companies. In 1995, he shifted to representing individuals injured by negligence, focusing on medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, motor vehicle crashes, and state/federal tort claims. He also handles insurance bad faith litigation. With over 30 years of experience, he has tried cases in state and federal courts across West Virginia and North Carolina, and represented clients in Virginia and Tennessee. He has argued appellate matters in North Carolina and West Virginia Supreme Courts and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. He holds an AV®PreeminentTM Peer Review Rating and has been recognized as a Super Lawyer. He is actively involved in his church and serves as Board Chair for NeighborHealth.

Eric Doggett

Eric Doggett has an extensive career managing global technology businesses before obtaining his J.D. from Wake Forest University. He focuses on civil litigation and was a member of the Trial Bar, Moot Court Board, and National and Spong Moot Court teams, receiving the Order of the Barristers. He also holds a B.Sc. in Physics from NCSU and an EMBA from Duke. Eric is licensed to practice in North Carolina, Georgia, and Washington, D.C., and is admitted to various U.S. Courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court. He is also a registered patent attorney. His practice areas include employment law, personal injury law, business disputes, and civil rights cases. He is active in the North Carolina Advocates for Justice and is a past chair of its Employment Law section.

Chris Brantley

Chris Brantley is an attorney specializing in workers’ compensation claims, with over two decades of experience. He is a Board-Certified Specialist in Workers’ Compensation in North Carolina. He is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and recognized as a Top 100 Trial Lawyer by the American Association for Justice. He earned his Juris Doctor from Campbell University’s Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law in 1993 and achieved his Board Certification in Workers’ Compensation in 2000. He is admitted to practice before the Eastern District of the United States Federal Court since 2012.
