Zach Herschensohn

Zach Herschensohn is the founding attorney of Herschensohn Law in Washington State. His practice handles various personal injury cases throughout the state and elsewhere. The firm has gained a reputation for securing just compensation for clients. His negotiation and litigation skills have even led to recovering multi-million dollar settlements for plaintiffs. He has been a litigator since 2003, practicing personal injury law in Washington State and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington. Chris Torrone

Chris Torrone is an accomplished family lawyer with a proven track record in handling complex cases. A graduate of Gonzaga University Law School, Chris obtained his J.D. in Law in 2004. Shortly after, he joined The Law Office of F. McNamara Jardine & Associates, LLC in 2005 where he handled a variety of cases, including criminal defense, family law, and personal injury. In 2011, Chris founded Torrone Law with a mission to advocate for families targeted by the legal system. He specializes in CPS custody, child support, criminal law, and divorce. His success rates are impressive, with a 96% success rate in CPS custody cases and a 94% success rate in child support cases. Outside of his courtroom victories, Chris is committed to restoring peace and balance in his clients’ lives and families. Torrone Law, while specializing in juvenile cases involving CPS and family law, also handles criminal and personal injury cases. Chelsea Hicks

Chelsea Hicks is the Managing Attorney at Herschensohn Law, bringing a wide range of legal experience. She graduated magna cum laude from Chapman University with a double major in pre-law and political science and a minor in sociology, and completed an internship with the Supreme Court of the United States. She earned her JD cum laude from Seattle University School of Law. Her experience includes internships at Benefits Law Center and an externship with the Alaska Network on Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault. She worked in civil legal aid at Alaska Legal Services Corporation and for nearly 12 years at Northwest Justice Project in Seattle, handling various cases including foreclosure defense, landlord-tenant, consumer debt, and veterans' benefits. She currently serves as board president of Northwest Education Access.

Robert Fulton

Attorney Robert H. Fulton II brings more than a decade of experience in employment discrimination litigation to the team at Zach Herschensohn Law. He is the founder and managing member of Fulton Law PLLC, fighting for workers throughout the Puget Sound region since 2009. He has defended Fortune 500 companies and now uses that experience to fight on behalf of claimants. He earned his J.D. from The Ohio State College of Law and was an undergraduate at Montana State University.

Kyle Barry

Associate attorney Kyle Barry earned his undergraduate degree in biology in three years before attending law school. He earned his law degree from George Washington University Law School, where he worked as a law clerk at the U.S. International Trade Commission, an intern with Americans United, and an editor for the Federal Circuit Bar Journal. He was also involved with Lambda Law, an LBGTQ+ legal organization. He is deeply analytical and passionate about helping injured people get financial compensation.
