Seth T. Bickett has a longstanding history of supporting the Northwest Arkansas community. He is an experienced Arkansas personal injury attorney, family law attorney and criminal defense attorney. Seth combines professional excellence with personal investment to his client’s legal situations and was received the Client Satisfaction Award by the American Institute of Family Law Attorneys in 2014. He has served as an expert presenter on a variety of legal subjects, including misdemeanor criminal cases, mediation and is a certified attorney ad litem.

During law school, Whitney served as a member on the Board of Advocates, participated in the W.B. Putman Inn of Courts, and competed in the Traveling Trial Competition. She won first place in the Closing Argument Competition and received 'Best Oralist' for her appellate brief argument. As a clerk for The Honorable Judge John Scott in Benton County, Arkansas, Whitney gained experience in civil litigation and domestic relations. She developed a passion of advocating for clients and gained insight into the value of providing justice to all persons independent of the charges they face. Whitney is a certified mediator and attorney ad litem. Her case experience includes divorce, child custody disputes, insurance claims, criminal defense, breach of contract, wrongful death, medical malpractice, and personal injury.

William J. Trentham is an active member of the community and a leader among the legal professionals of Arkansas. He is an active member of the House of Delegates Arkansas Bar Association and on the Board of Commissioners for the Criminal Detention Facilities Review Commission 19W Judicial District. He has also served as Vice President and President of the Benton County Bar Association.
