Gregory K. Wells

Gregory K. Wells is a Maryland-based personal injury lawyer and mediator, who earned his J.D. in 1984 from the University of Maryland School of Law. He was an Associate Professor of Law at Georgetown University and has authored several legal articles and books.

Alan J. Belsky is the managing partner of the firm. His areas of practice include negligence, medical malpractice, bankruptcy and appeals. He graduated cum laude from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1991, where he was editor-in-chief of the University of Baltimore Law Review. He has published and lectured extensively on litigation topics and has been counsel in high-profile cases. He was instrumental in forming the Maryland State Bar Association section on consumer bankruptcy and represents indigent clients pro bono. Alan D. Levenstein

Alan Levenstein brings to Houlon Berman more than 30 years of experience across a range of practice areas, including Maryland personal injury law, family law and Maryland workers’ compensation. Ryan J. Foran

Ryan J. Foran is a lifelong resident of Maryland, except for college and law school. He graduated from DeMatha Catholic High School in 1991 and the College of William and Mary in 1995 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. He earned his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Law School in 1998. He was admitted to practice law in Maryland in 1998 and in the District of Columbia in 1999. He holds the highest possible rating by Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory and is a member of the Bar Register of Preeminent Attorneys. He was selected by Super Lawyers Magazine as a 'Rising Star' in Maryland in 2011 and 2012. Ryan has successfully handled thousands of cases before various courts and commissions in Maryland and D.C. He is a member of several bar associations and is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Maryland and D.C. He clerked for Judge Richard Sothoron and interned at the Office of the Public Defender before entering private practice in 1998, focusing on injury cases including workers' compensation, auto accidents, medical malpractice, and serious personal injury. He is also active in coaching youth sports.

Richard A. Finci

Co-managing partner, Richard (Rick) Finci primarily handles criminal and traffic matters in the Federal and State courts of Maryland and the District of Columbia. He also assists clients with asset forfeiture matters, complex civil and personal injury cases, and attorney grievances. He has significant experience in the Maryland appellate courts.
